To participate in this program, customers must comply with the following terms and conditions:

Must be a registered SIMPATI customer and a member of the selected community.
Must purchase a package in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions, as follows:
- Monthly data package priced ≥ Rp75,000.
- Monthly data package priced < Rp75,000.
The package purchase period is from April 19 to December 31, 2026.
The purchased data package will be automatically available after the transaction is completed.
Extra data packages and additional digital services can only be earned and claimed a maximum of once per month, with the following details:
- Extra data packages are provided based on the purchased package.
- A maximum of 1 additional digital service can be selected.

Customers will receive an SMS notification confirming a successful purchase from Telkomsel.
Customers will also receive an SMS from 3636 containing a link to claim the data package and additional digital services via the MyTelkomsel app.
This program is valid in five cities on Lombok Island: Mataram City, West Lombok, Central Lombok, East Lombok, and North Lombok.
If an error occurs when accessing the application, it is recommended to clear the cache before reopening the MyTelkomsel app.
