You must be a registered SIMPATI customer and a member of the selected community.
You must purchase a package in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions, namely:
- Purchase a monthly data package with a price ≥ Rp75,000
- Purchase a monthly data package with a price < Rp75,000
The package purchase period is April 19 – December 31, 2026.
The purchased data package will automatically be usable after the transaction is complete.
Extra data packages and additional digital services can only be earned and claimed a maximum of once per month, with details:
- Extra data packages according to the package purchased
- Selection of a maximum of 1 additional digital service
Customers will receive an SMS notification of a successful purchase from Telkomsel.
Customers will receive an SMS notification containing a link to claim the data package and additional digital services on the MyTelkomsel App.
This program is valid in five cities on the island of Lombok: Mataram City, West Lombok, Central Lombok, East Lombok, and North Lombok.
If an error occurs when accessing the application, it is recommended to clear the cache first before trying to reopen the MyTelkomsel application.
