A special promo where customers can get a discount of Rp5,000 for purchasing credit and packages on the MyTelkomsel App using QRIS and scanning the QR code on the Neobank (Neo Commerce Bank) application.

This promo is exclusively available to Telkomsel and Neobank customers who use the QR code scan payment method in the Neobank application.

This program runs from August 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027.

1. This promo is valid every day, from August 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027.
2. This promo applies to the purchase of credit balance or data packages using the QRIS Neobank payment method on MyTelkomsel App.
3. A Rp5,000 discount applies to a minimum transaction of Rp20,000.
4. The promo quota is 10,000 per month, 326 per day.
5. This promo is limited to one (1) time per day, and two (2) times per customer per month.
6. Customers are advised to ensure optimal network conditions while participating in this promo. Only transactions that are successful and recorded in the bank's system during the promo period will be considered valid.
7. Each promo cannot be combined or multiplied.
8. If Bank Neo Commerce identifies any form of fraud (including but not limited to deliberate system attacks, manipulation to obtain promo rewards, forgery, fraud, and other similar acts), Bank Neo Commerce reserves the right to cancel the reward at any time and pursue legal action accordingly.
9. By participating in this promo, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms and Conditions.
