It is a promo program where you can get up to 30% cashback for new GoPay users who buy a package on MyTelkomsel App using GoPay payment method.

All Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers can join this promo once during the promo period.

This promo is available from August 3 –  24, 2023.

1. The 30% cashback is valid for credit top-up on the MyTelkomsel App using GoPay payment method, special for new users.
2. This promo is valid for Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers.
3. This promo is valid from August 3 – 24, 2023 from 10:00AM (GMT+7) until the promo quota runs out.
4. Promo details:
   • 30% cashback with a minimum transaction of Rp20,000
   • Maximum cashback is 8,000 GoPay Coins for new GoPay users
5. Promo is valid for a maximum of 1x transaction per user per promo period.
6. This cashback promo is valid for new GoPay users who have never made a transaction before August 1, 2023 at MyTelkomsel.
7. Limited promo quota.
8. Cashback will be received after the user clicks the "Use" button when on the checkout page.
9. Cashback will be received in a maximum of 2x24 hours.
10. This cashback promo cannot be combined with other cashback promos.
11. Giving cashback in this promo can be canceled if the total transaction value that enters the user's GoPay account for a month has exceeded the limit set by the regulator (Rp20 million/month in the calendar).
12. Telkomsel has the right to change the applicable Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notification, including stopping/changing the promo.
13. Telkomsel has the right to cancel the cashback, or if necessary, cancel the transaction or freeze the account, if indications of abuse are found by the user.
14. Telkomsel has the right not to include users in the next promo if abuse, fraud and/or other suspicious activity is found against the applicable Terms & Conditions.
