  • Ticket redemption can be done via Loket X app. Our team at selected GraPARI can assist you to redeem the ticket into barcode (GraPARI list can be checked on “Eligible GraPARI list” section below.
  • The prize mechanism applies differently for each city. In Samarinda, a direct prize mechanism applies. In Makassar, Pekanbaru, Medan, and Bandung, a mystery box mechanism applies.
