How to get MAPrivilege access:

Halo customers: Subscribe to the Halo Optima package.
SIMPATI customers: Purchase the Surprise Deal package or Add-on MAPrivilege Package.
IndiHome customers: Pay your bill before the 10^th for a subscription valued at over Rp300,000.
All Telkomsel customers can also gain access by redeeming Telkomsel Poin on the “Reward” page on MyTelkomsel App.

Simple steps to enjoy MAPrivilege

Go to "MAPrivilege" page

After receiving a notification containing the access link, go to “MAPrivilege” on MyTelkomsel App.

Select the promo

Select your desired offer from an MAP brand or merchant.

Show the code

Please ensure you're at the MAP merchant cashier and tap "Show Code" to use the promo upon payment.

Verify the voucher code

Show the voucher code for verification. Make sure you have a MAPCLUB account to enjoy the benefits!

Additional Information

MAPrivilege is a strategic partnership program between Telkomsel and MAP.
MAPrivilege is available to all Telkomsel customers (fixed and mobile) through the MyTelkomsel application.
MAPrivilege is a premium program that provides customers with special access to curated lifestyle offers and vouchers from MAP Group and participating merchant partners.
Halo Optima subscribers will automatically receive MAPrivilege benefits during the promotional period.
SIMPATI customers may obtain MAPrivilege benefits by purchasing Super Seru or Surprise Deal packages through the MyTelkomsel application during the promotional period.
IndiHome customers with a monthly bill amount above Rp300,000 paid before the 10th, in accordance with the specified period, will automatically receive MAPrivilege benefits during the promotion period.
Mobile customers (SIMPATI or Halo) who do not purchase a hard bundling package can activate MAPrivilege via Poin Redemptions on the Rewards page (not applicable to fixed users (IndiHome)).
MAPrivilege benefits are intended for personal use and may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged.
Prices stated include applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.
Each Telkomsel fixed/mobile number may have one access package per access period.
The access is tied to the registered customer number (fixed/mobile).
Access is valid for 30 (thirty) days from the activation date.
Once activated, MAPrivilege cannot be cancelled, paused, or cashed.
Customers may use all available vouchers on each access period (30 (thirty) days).
Each voucher must be claimed in-store (offline and online) in accordance with the instructions stated on the voucher detail page.
Voucher availability is subject to limited quota and may change at any time without prior notice.
Each voucher has its own validity period.
Customers are advised to carefully review the voucher details, including validity period, usage instructions, participating outlets, and applicable terms, before redeeming or using the voucher.
Voucher redemption is subject to verification by the participating merchant. Merchants reserve the right to reject voucher usage if the redemption process is not followed as instructed.
Telkomsel is not responsible for the products, services, or experiences provided by merchant partners, including any changes, quality, or availability of offers.
Telkomsel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate MAPrivilege, including but not limited to its benefits and terms, in accordance with applicable regulations.
