It’s a National Customer Day special program on the MyTelkomsel App as a token of appreciation for customers where they can win various prizes worth a total of tens of millions of Rupiah.

This program runs from September 4 – 30, 2026 and is divided into 3 War sessions:

• War 1: September 11, 2026
• War 2: September 21, 2026
• War 3: September 30, 2026

1. Open MyTelkomsel App and go to the "Hadiah Berlimpah Hari Pelanggan" section.
2. Sign up for this program during these periods:
   • War 1: September 4 – 11, 2026, at 09:59
   • War 2: September 12 – 21, 2026, at 09:59
   • War 3: September 22 – 30, 2026, at 09:59
3. Purchase a special Customer Day package (Paket Spesial Hari Pelanggan) as a requirement to claim the prize.
4. Customers who successfully win a prize will receive an SMS and/or MyTelkomsel notification along with a link to the prize delivery form.
5. Ensure delivery details are submitted within 7x24 hours after receiving the notification to ensure the prize is not forfeited.
6. The prizes will be delivered to the winners after the whole program period ends.

The requirement to join this program is to activate a special Customer Day package (Paket Spesial Hari Pelanggan) during the transaction period in each war session.

Customers who win a prize will receive information via SMS and/or notification on MyTelkomsel App along with a data entry form for the prize delivery process.
