How to get the double rewards

Log in to the MyTelkomsel app.
You will receive a pop-up notification with your first welcome reward (a DANA e-voucher worth up to Rp10,000).
Claim your reward.
Make your first transaction in the MyTelkomsel app.
You will receive another pop-up notification with a second reward (a GoPay e-voucher worth up to Rp25,000).
Claim the second reward, and you will receive an SMS containing the e-voucher link.

Additional Information

The MyTelkomsel Double Rewards program is valid from July 2 to 17, 2026.
This program is valid for all MyTelkomsel users (SIMPATI, Halo, IndiHome, and Orbit).
This program is only valid for users logging in to the MyTelkomsel App for the first time and purchasing a package for the first time.
Available rewards are GoPay e-wallet items worth Rp25,000, Rp10,000, and Rp5,000.
The reward amounts received by customers are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reward stock is limited during the program period.
Each customer is only entitled to receive the reward once during the program period, regardless of the type of service used.
Rewards are only awarded to eligible customers according to Telkomsel's terms and conditions.
Rewards can only be claimed through the MyTelkomsel app according to the notification/pop-up received.
Customers are prohibited from sharing the rewards they have earned.
Rewards cannot be cashed or exchanged for other forms.
Telkomsel reserves the right to change the program's terms and conditions and/or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
