The “Cuan Akhir Bulan” Lucky Draw program is organized by PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel) and was held during November 24–26, 2025.
This program is valid for Telkomsel customers who purchased #SurpriseDeal packages via the MyTelkomsel App during the program period.
Eligible customers are automatically registered as lucky draw participants.
There are 20 (twenty) winners, where each winner is entitled to receive 1 (one) unit of smartphone prize.
The lucky draw was conducted randomly by Telkomsel and witnessed by the Social Service Office (Dinas Sosial) and the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, and the results are final and cannot be contested.
The type, color, and specifications of the prize are fully determined by Telkomsel. The prize cannot be converted to cash, exchanged, or transferred.
Winners will be announced only on the official Telkomsel website on this page, and will be contacted directly via phone call by Telkomsel’s Customer Service team.
Winners are required to provide valid personal data for verification and prize delivery purposes. Telkomsel reserves the right to cancel the prize if the winner cannot be contacted or fails to provide valid data.
This program is free of charge. Prize tax will be borne by Telkomsel in accordance with applicable regulations. Beware of fraud claiming to represent Telkomsel.
