1. Participant Qualifications & Requirements
   • Participants must be loyal Telkomsel customers with an active subscription period of at least 3 (three) years.
   • Participants must be at least 25 (twenty-five) years of age at the time of program registration.
   • Participants must possess a valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 (six) months beyond the planned departure date to Portugal.
   • Participants must follow all official SIMPATI social media accounts.
   • This program is NOT OPEN to employees, agents, service providers, business partners, or immediate family members of employees of Telkomsel or its affiliated companies.
   • The organizer reserves the right to unilaterally revoke a winner’s status if any indication of the aforementioned employment or familial relationships is discovered.
2. Participation Mechanism
   • Participants must purchase a SERU Package via the following official link: tsel.id/seru.
   • Participants must complete the official registration form with accurate and valid information via the following link: tsel.id/formportugal.
   • Monitor ranking updates regularly via the program leaderboard.
3. Winner & Departure Terms
   • Meeting Point: The designated meeting point for the departure of all winners is in Jakarta.
   • Domestic Transportation Costs: All transportation costs, accommodation, and personal expenses incurred from the Participant’s city of origin to the meeting point in Jakarta (and for the return journey) are the sole responsibility of the Participant/Winner.
   • Documentation & Publication Rights: Winners must consent to being documented throughout the trip and grant the Organizer a full, irrevocable, and royalty-free license to edit, reproduce, and publish any photos, videos, audio, or related content across all social media channels, paid advertisements (digital ads), and any official promotional media for SIMPATI/Telkomsel, without any limitations regarding time, territory, or additional compensation.
4. Miscellaneous Provisions
   • The Organizer’s decision in selecting the winner is absolute, final, and not subject to appeal.
   • The Organizer reserves the right to re-verify all data and documents submitted by the Participant.
   • If a Winner fails to meet administrative requirements (including, but not limited to, the validity of personal documents required for visa processing) within the specified timeframe, the Organizer reserves the right to revoke the win and reallocate it to another participant.

   • Participants must be at least 25 (twenty-five) years of age at the time of program registration.
   • Participants must possess a valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 (six) months beyond the planned departure date to Portugal.
   • Participants must follow all official SIMPATI social media accounts.
   • This program is NOT OPEN to employees, agents, service providers, business partners, or immediate family members of Telkomsel or its affiliated companies.
   • The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally revoke a winner’s status if any employment or familial connection, as described above, is discovered.
2. Content Guidelines & How to Participate
   • Participants must purchase the SERU Package once, at a cost of Rp250,000, via the following official link: tsel.id/seru.
   • Video Concept: Participants must create an engaging, cinematic "daily-life" vlog that captures the spirit/vibe of "Pasti Lancar, Pasti Nyaman, Pasti Untukmu."
   • Required Content Elements:
   • Show the purchase process or proof of purchase for the SERU Package within the video. Submit via the following form: tsel.id/formportugal.
   • Explain the role and benefits of the SERU Package in supporting your daily activities.
   • Provide a compelling reason why you deserve to be selected for the trip to Portugal.
   • Upload Mechanism:
   • Upload the video to Instagram Reels.
   • Tag the official Instagram account: @SIMPATI.
   • Include the official hashtags: #TripSERUkePortugal and #SERU.
   • After uploading their video, participants must post a comment saying "DONE" on the official SIMPATI Instagram account’s UGC Vlog Video Giveaway post.
   • Account Requirements: Participants' Instagram accounts must remain public (not set to private) throughout the program period, up until the announcement of the winners.
   • Participants must complete the official registration form accurately and in full via the following link: tsel.id/formportugal.
3. Judging Criteria

   Winners will be evaluated and selected by a panel of judges based on the following indicators:

   • Concept & Storytelling: A strong, engaging, and inspiring narrative flow.
   • Visual & Audio Aesthetics: Quality of cinematography, lighting, transitions, and audio clarity.
   • Creativity & Execution: Originality of the idea and the polish of the video’s execution.
   • Product Message Alignment: The accuracy and depth with which the #SERU product message is conveyed.
4. Winner Selection & Judges' Decisions
   • The judges' decisions regarding the selection of winners are absolute, final, and not subject to appeal.
   • While participants retain ownership of their submitted videos, the Organizer reserves the right to use them for the program’s publication and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
   • If a selected winner fails to meet administrative requirements within the specified timeframe, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify them and award the win to another participant.
   • The Organizer reserves the right to re-verify all data and documents submitted by participants.
   • If a winner fails to meet administrative requirements (including, but not limited to, the validity of personal documents required for visa processing) within the specified timeframe, the Organizer reserves the right to revoke the win and award it to another participant.
5. Winner Arrangements & Departure
   • Meeting Point: The designated meeting point for the departure of all winners will be in Jakarta. Domestic Transportation Costs: All transportation costs, accommodation, and personal expenses incurred from the participant's city of origin to the designated meeting point in Jakarta (and for the return journey) are the sole responsibility of the participant/winner.
   • Content Creation Obligation (For Cinematic Vlog Winners): Winners selected via the Cinematic Vlog category are required to produce supporting content throughout the trip to Portugal—such as event recaps, daily travel recaps/vlogs, and other promotional material—in accordance with the instructions and requirements of the organizing team/SIMPATI.
   • Winners must consent to being documented throughout the trip and grant the organizers full, irrevocable, and royalty-free permission to edit, reproduce, and publish any photos, videos, audio, or related content across all social media channels, paid advertisements (digital ads), and any official promotional media for SIMPATI/Telkomsel, without any limitations regarding time, geography, or additional compensation.
