Pestapora Pasti SIMPATI

SIMPATI customers holding a Pestapora Daily Pass have the opportunity to receive a physical voucher for an 11GB data quota with a 7-day validity period. 

The voucher is available to SIMPATI customers who hold a Pestapora Daily Pass (3-Day Pass tickets are excluded). 

The physical voucher can be claimed at the SIMPATI booth located within the Pestapora venue. 

A maximum of 1,000 vouchers are available per day for eligible customers.

Customers will receive an 11GB internet data quota with a 7-day validity period. 

The mechanism for SIMPATI customers to participate in the Pestapora Pasti SIMPATI program is as follows: 

1. The Pestapora Pasti SIMPATI program is a special package-purchasing competition for SIMPATI customers, conducted through the purchase of packages bearing the "Pestapora" name or tag. 
2. The packages eligible for the program are the Super Seru and Pasti SIMPATI packages that carry the "Pestapora" name or tag. 
3. The eligible package purchase period is from September 18, 2026, at 10:00AM (Western Indonesia Time) to September 23, 2026, at 12:00PM (Western Indonesia Time). 
4. Every purchase of Super Seru and/or Pasti SIMPATI packages bearing the "Pestapora" name or tag during the program period will be calculated based on the purchase value in Rupiah. 
5. The total purchase value calculated for the leaderboard represents the accumulated value of package transactions that meet the program requirements during the specified period. 
6. Customers may purchase packages more than once during the program period, provided the packages remain available. 
7. The leaderboard displays customer rankings based on the total purchase value of packages that meet the program requirements. 
8. Leaderboard positions may change during the program period based on successful purchase transactions that meet the requirements. 
9. Winners are determined based on final leaderboard rankings after the program's calculation period concludes. 
10. Prizes are awarded based on rankings as follows: 

• Rank 1 – 10: Meet & Greet with Duta, Pestapora 3-Day Pass tickets, and exclusive merchandise. 
• Rank 11 – 30: Pestapora 3-Day Pass tickets, and exclusive merchandise. 
• Rank 31 – 50: Exclusive merchandise. 

11. The Meet & Greet with Duta, Pestapora 3-Day Pass tickets, and merchandise prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, swapped for other prizes, or transferred, unless otherwise determined by Telkomsel. 
12. Winners will be announced on September 23, 2026, at 5:00PM (Western Indonesia Time) via channels designated by Telkomsel. 
13. Further information regarding the prize collection process and the Meet & Greet event will be communicated to winners via channels designated by Telkomsel. 
14. Purchases that are cancelled, failed, refunded, or identified as invalid transactions and/or involving misuse will not be counted towards the leaderboard. 
15. In the event of a tie in total purchase value, rankings will be determined based on which customer reached that amount first. 
16. Telkomsel reserves the right to modify, postpone, or terminate the program, as well as cancel transactions suspected of misuse, in accordance with company policy. 
17. These terms and conditions are subject to Telkomsel's policies and remain in full effect. 
18. By participating in the program, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms and Conditions.

3. Physical vouchers can be claimed at the SIMPATI booth within the Pestapora venue.

5. This physical voucher benefit does not apply to customers holding a Pestapora 3-Day Pass. 
6. Vouchers are available while supplies last. 
7. The data quota provided by the voucher is valid for 7 days, subject to applicable terms. 
8. Further details regarding the voucher redemption process are subject to the procedures in place at the SIMPATI booth. 
9. Telkomsel reserves the right to modify or terminate the program in accordance with applicable policies.
