POIN UNTUNG Program

POIN UNTUNG Program is a point racing prize program with Telkomsel POIN services, where all Telkomsel costumers can join the program by redeeming their Telkomsel POIN to get a gift without any registration.

POIN UNTUNG Program is valid to all Telkomsel customers who live in Sumatra.

1. The program is valid from March 1st  to May 31st, 2018.
2. Weekly prizes will be divided into 12 sessions:

• 1st session March 1st  - 7th 2018
• 2nd session March 8th - 14th 2018
• 3rd session March 14th - 21st 2018
• 4th session March 22nd - 28th 2018
• 5th session March 29th – April  4th, 2018
• 6th session April  5th - 11th 2018
• 7th session April 12th - 18th 2018
• 8th session April 19th - 25th 2018
• 9th session April 26th - May 2nd, 2018
• 10th session May 3rd - 9th 2018
• 11th session May 10th - 16th 2018
• 12th session May 17th – 23rd 2018

1. You need to activate a new sim card or existing sim card (prepaid or postpaid) and you need to be in Sumatra.
2. Collect as many points as possible with these following terms:

• Postpaid costumers (kartuHALO) with used/billing Rp5.000,- (multiplication applies) will get 3 Telkomsel POIN.
• Prepaid costumers (simPATI/KARTU As/Loop), with the minimum top up the balance of Rp5.000 (multiplication applies), will get 1 Telkomsel POIN.

3. Redeem 23 Telkomsel POIN by sending: UNTUNG to 777 via SMS.

4. Costumer who redeems the most points until the end of the program will get 23 grams of gold as the grand prize and Rp20.000,- top up balance as the weekly prize for 23 winners who redeem most points every week. Valid winners are customers who live in Sumatra

1. The customer who already got weekly prizes can win again in the next session if they redeem the most points again.
2. The grand prize winner is the customer with most accumulated points at end of the program.

1.  The grand prize winner will be announced at least on the second week of June 2018.
2.  The weekly prizes will be announced on H+1 after the session end.

You can go to all GraPARI services office and Mitra GraPARI in Sumatra region, website http://www.telkomsel.com/promo, social media, Call Center 188, and our official LINE @telkomselpoin.

1. Top-up balance for the weekly winner will be gifted by Telkomsel after the validation.
2. The grand prize winner will be contacted by Telkomsel and they will receive SMS broadcast by “Telkomsel” sender.
3. The winner will be directed to nearest GraPARI by bringing their Telkomsel number which is confirmed as the winner and give the copy of their valid identity card.
4.  If the winner can’t come to collect the prize, they can give the authority to an endorsee by bringing the power of attorney letter signed with Rp6.000,- stamp. They must also bring the copy of identity cards of the winner and the endorsee.
5. All valid files will be sent to Telkomsel Area (by e-mail).
6. The prizes will be sent to the winner’s address or to the nearest GraPARI to be given to the winner later (without any taxes or any charge).
7. If the first winner didn’t give a confirmation to the GraPARI for a month, the prize will be given to another selected participant.

1. Not valid for Executive Corporate kartuHALO costumer and non-human.
2. When the winner is announced, the winner’s number has to be active.
3. Not valid for Telkomsel employees and their family.
