Customer criteria

Customers can buy SeruMAX starter pack in certain cities.
SeruMAX monthly package can be purchased by new customers starting from March 8, 2022 at some selected cities as follows:
- Zone A: Kota Cilegon, Kota Serang, Lebak, Pandeglang, Serang, Bangkalan, Sumenep, Pamekasan, Sampang, Lombok Utara, Lombok Tengah, Kota Mataram, Lombok Barat, Lombok Timur.
- Zone B: Kota Sukabumi, Sukabumi, Mojokerto, Kota Mojokerto, Jombang, Pemalang, Batang, Tegal, Brebes, Kota Tegal, Pekalongan, Kota Pekalongan.
- Zone C: Kota Probolinggo, Probolinggo, Kota Yogyakarta, Bantul, Purbalingga, Sleman, Gunung Kidul.
- Zone D: Madiun, Kota Madiun, Tulungagung, Blitar, Kota Blitar, Nganjuk, Kediri, Kota Kediri, Magelang, Kota Magelang, Kota Pasuruan, Pasuruan, Temanggung, Klaten, Kudus.

As long as you have a Main Quota, the Main Quota will be consumed first. After the Main Quota runs out, the consumption priority is as follows:

Unlimited Apps Quota applies a fair usage limit/FUP for the apps you access. You can still access other apps that are not included in Apps Quota, but with a maximum speed of 128Kbps (for packages worth Rp75,000 or above) and 64Kbps (for packages worth Rp55,000 or below). Your credit balance will not be consumed, as long as your package is still active.
If the fair usage limit/FUP runs out, you can still access most apps with a maximum speed of 128Kbps (for packages worth Rp83,000 or above) and 64Kbps (for packages worth Rp65,000 or below). Your credit balance will not be consumed, as long as your package is still active.

Local Quota can be used in 38 cities and 133 cities listed (38 cities are part of 133 cities).
Unlimited Apps Quota is valid when the Main Quota runs out.
The Unlimited Apps Quota will automatically be used without any speed limit as long as still within the fair usage limit/FUP.
Unlimited Apps Quota applies a fair usage limit/FUP for the apps you access. Internet access to other applications outside the Unlimited Apps Quota can still be done without a quota limit, but with a maximum speed of 128Kbps (for packages worth Rp75,000 or above) and 64Kbps (for packages worth Rp55,000 or below).
