Package purchases can be made up to 5x in 1 month.
GigaNet packages can only be purchased in certain cities where GigaNet promos are available.
Can all Telkomsel prepaid customers buy the GigaNet packages?
GigaNet packages can only be purchased by selected Telkomsel customers with 6-month active period.
Can the GigaNet packages be accumulated with other package quotas?
No, the GigaNet packages will not be accumulated with other internet packages.

How do I ensure that the activation of the GigaNet package has been successful?
You can use the GigaNet package after receiving the SMS notification of successful package purchase, while the remaining quota can be checked in several ways as follows:

Can I repurchase GigaNet packages?
Yes, you can continue to buy GigaNet packages via UMB *363#, MyTelkomsel App, or at the nearest outlets/resellers.

This package is valid for selected customers, whether they receive an SMS offer or not.
Selected customers can view this package via UMB *363#, MyTelkomsel App, DigiPOS, or Telkomsel.com
The customer criteria that are fully determined are Telkomsel's prerogative. Customers are not able to request inclusion in a particular offer.
Price includes VAT.
After the package validity period ends, the remaining package quota will be forfeited.
GigaNet packages are only valid for domestic use (not valid for International Roaming which will be charged separately).
The GigaNet package purchase period is limited in time according to Telkomsel's provisions.
Quota will not be accumulated with other packages.
The order of priority for quota consumption is as follows:
Application Quota (OMG!, Ruang Guru, Ilmupedia, CloudX, Chat, social media, streaming, etc).
Midnight Quota (if any).
4G Quota (if any).
All-Network Local Quota (if any).
Other regular quotas with the shortest remaining validity period (if any).
GigaNet package main quota.
Another regular quota with a longer remaining validity period (if any).
Non-package basic tariff (PAYU/Pay as You Use).
Make sure the package purchase was successful by receiving an SMS notification of a successful package purchase. To check the remaining quota, you can go through *888# (Check Quota menu) or MyTelkomsel App.
Telkomsel may at any time make changes to the GigaNet package offer, close or extend the promo program, and change the menu and value of this package. However, customers who have purchased the GigaNet package can still enjoy the bonuses and quotas obtained until the package's validity period ends.
