The Internet Quota of Getcontact Package is non-cumulative.
Quota validity period for all packages follows the validity period of the selected package.
Getcontact one-time package benefit validity is in accordance with the selected package variant.
Getcontact Premium Auto-renewal package is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and will be automatically renewed for another 30 days from the payment date each month, for a duration of 12 months.
Package prices may change at any time in accordance with Telkomsel’s policies.
Customers may purchase the Getcontact Package only once per subscription period.
The activation link for the Getcontact account will be sent via SMS from TSELGetcontact after a successful package purchase.
Ensure your package purchase is successful by receiving the SMS notification. Remaining quota usage can be checked via the MyTelkomsel App or UMB *363#.
Customers may unsubscribe by contacting customer service at 188 or via the MyTelkomsel App.
