Yes. Telkomsel One offers new plans with higher speeds ranging from 75Mbps up to 1Gbps, a more complete range of application benefits, and more attractive pricing. In addition, customers will receive a Family Quota ranging from 30GB to 50GB for unlimited connectivity, both inside and outside the home. New Telkomsel One customers receive a speed increase of up to two times (2x) for a period of up to 360 days, depending on the plan selected.

Yes, the Telkomsel One package comes bundled with streaming apps and Family Quota ranging from 30GB to 50GB. Customers receive access to streaming apps—such as Netflix Standard, Prime, Vision, VIU, and MAXStream TV—depending on the selected package. Customers also receive a family data quota that can be shared among 6 Telkomsel numbers (1 parent + 5 members), with a minimum of 3 numbers required to activate the family quota.

The Telkomsel One Dynamic Package is an integrated service that combines home internet (Fixed Broadband) and mobile internet (Mobile Broadband) into a single package, enabling customers to enjoy a seamless internet experience both at home and on the go.
Telkomsel One Dynamic customers receive a Family Quota package and Home Internet, consolidated into a single bill.
The Home Internet service is installed by a technician at the customer's residence according to the schedule determined at the time of purchase, while the Family Quota service can be activated through the MyTelkomsel App once the Home Internet service has been installed at the customer's residence.
Customers receive an internet speed upgrade in accordance with the applicable promotional terms, no later than 3 (three) calendar days after the IndiHome service is active, and the New Installation Fee (PSB) has been paid.
The speed upgrade applies to the home internet service and is provided at no additional cost.
The speed upgrade period is granted to customers according to the subscription package selected:
- Initial speed of 75 Mbps: speed upgrade for 90 days.
- Initial speed of 100 Mbps: speed upgrade for 180 days.
- Initial speed of 150 Mbps: speed upgrade for 180 days.
- Initial speed of 200 Mbps: speed upgrade for 360 days.
- Initial speed of 300 Mbps: speed upgrade for 360 days.
The Family Quota may be used for 6 (six) Telkomsel numbers (1 parent number + 5 member numbers).
A minimum of 3 (three) registered numbers is required to activate the Family Quota.
The parent number must be a prepaid number (SIMPATI); however, member numbers may be either sIMPATI or postpaid numbers.
The Home Internet service provided to the customer will be either IndiHome or Orbit, determined based on the availability of the IndiHome network at the customer's installation address.
Where the IndiHome network is available at the customer's residence, the customer will receive IndiHome service; where the IndiHome network is not yet available but the Orbit network is available, the customer will receive Orbit.
The decision as to whether the customer is served by IndiHome or Orbit rests entirely with Telkomsel.
The New Installation Fee (PSB) promotion applies in accordance with the subscription channel.
The Telkomsel One Dynamic Package is available in selected cities.
Package prices apply to the location selected; prices in other locations may vary in accordance with the terms applicable to each location.
The IndiHome bill is charged to the customer each month on a postpaid basis and is prorated in the first month.
Customers can enjoy internet service with the most stable connection, the widest network coverage in Indonesia, and a guaranteed 24/7 service every day.
Prices are exclusive of VAT in accordance with the applicable regulations.
The subscription contract for the Telkomsel One Dynamic Package is valid for a minimum of 12 (twelve) months after the Home Internet and Family Quota services become active.
Billing calculation commences on the date the IndiHome or Orbit service is successfully installed at the customer's residence and is prorated for the first month's bill.
The Telkomsel One Dynamic Package bill includes charges for the IndiHome or Orbit service as well as the Family Quota service.
Customers are subject to stamp duty on payments of the Telkomsel One Dynamic Package bill in accordance with the applicable regulations. Full information can be accessed at tsel.id/infomaterai.
Should a customer intend to terminate their Telkomsel One Dynamic Package subscription, the customer must comply with the following conditions:
- Notify Telkomsel of their intention to terminate the subscription via GraPARI or the Call Center.
- Have settled all bills in full during the subscription period.
- Upon confirmation of termination, the customer must return the IndiHome or Orbit modem previously leased by Telkomsel.
- Should the customer decide to terminate the subscription before the end of the contract period, a penalty of Rp1,000,000 (one million Rupiah) will apply.
- Customers who fail to return Telkomsel equipment upon termination will be subject to a penalty in accordance with the applicable terms.
