MKIOS Nelpon & SMS package is new MKIOS package with added voice and SMS package to all operators. This package is released to provide the market needs of voice & SMS value.

When the package is available?

MKIOS Nelpon Fix package is available started from 13 December 2016, MKIOS Nelpon Flexi package will be available start from 12 September 2018, MKIOS SMS package is available started from 2 November 2017 and will be ended until further notice.

Who can buy this package?

All Telkomsel prepaid customers (simPATI, KARTU As, and Loop) can buy this package.

Will the quota be accumulated?

Yes, the quota on MKIOS Nelpon & MKIOS SMS will be accumulated and the validity period of the package based on the longest ones.

Can I buy the package for more than once?

Yes, you can buy each package up to 10 times per period. Example: You can buy the daily package up to 10 times per day and you can buy the monthly packages up to 10 times per month.

How is the validity of this package?

The validity of this package is calendar based. So, if you buy the daily package at 17.00 then the package will be ended at 24.00 at the same day not the next day.

Package purchases will be recorded as recharge.
Package purchases will extend the active period for simPATI customers.
For KARTU As and Loop, package purchases will not extend the active period because the active period is based on usage.
MKIOS Nelpon is divided into 3 zones:
a. NTT.
b. Maluku, Papua.
c. National except Maluku, Papua and NTT.
MKIOS SMS is divided into 2 zones:
a. Maluku, Papua, NTT.
b. National except for Maluku, Papua, and NTT.
The value obtained by all operators and it is valid for 24 hours (00-24).
If your location were detected as LACCI UNKNOWN, the package purchase request will be rejected.
