Spotify Premium

Halo with Spotify is a Telkomsel postpaid package that provides a large data quota, priority service, and includes a Spotify Premium subscription at no additional cost. Customers can enjoy ad-free music with better audio quality.

The main Halo package variants that include Spotify Premium include:

• Halo+ bold 200K (120GB)
• All Halo+ supreme variants
• All Halo+ supremeMAX 800K–1,500K variants

Once the main Halo package is active, activate Spotify through:

• MyTelkomsel App
• The activation link after subscribing to Halo+.

After activation, the Spotify Premium account will be immediately active for the duration of the customer's Halo+ package subscription.

Currently, the Halo package, which includes the Spotify service, can be purchased through the GraPARI channel.

Applicable for packages with one-time or recurring charging, for both SIMPATI (prepaid) and Halo (postpaid) customers.

5. This package provides access to Spotify Premium, including ad-free music listening, offline playback, full control over song selection, and higher audio quality.
6. The amount of internet data and Spotify App Quota provided depends on the selected package. Quota may include All-Network Quota (2G/3G/4G/5G) and/or Spotify App Quota.
7. The service can be used on mobile phones, tablets, computers, or TVs for one Spotify account.
8. Spotify Premium activation is completed through an activation link sent via SMS from TSELSPOTIFY after a successful purchase.
9. Customers must log in or create a Spotify account through the activation link. The linked account will be used as the basis for Telkomsel billing.
10. If the Spotify account is currently billed through Apple, Google, credit card, or other payment methods, customers must cancel the existing subscription before activating this Premium service.
11. For postpaid customers (Halo), subscription fees will be charged on the monthly bill. For prepaid customers, charges will be deducted from credit balance according to the chosen package (one-time or recurring).
12. For recurring packages, subscriptions will be renewed automatically according to the package period. Customers will receive a notification before renewal.
13. If prepaid balance is insufficient or a postpaid bill is overdue/exceeding credit limit, the service will not renew until payment is completed.
14. This package is valid for domestic use only. Usage outside Indonesia may incur roaming charges.
15. Spotify is not responsible for data charges imposed by Telkomsel due to certain content usage.
16. Telkomsel is not responsible for any content within the Spotify application.
17. Prices are subject to change at any time.
18. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the MyTelkomsel App. The service will remain active until the end of the current period.

8. If your Spotify Premium account was previously billed through Apple, Google, a credit card, or another payment method, you must first cancel that subscription to activate Spotify Premium.

10. Based on certain considerations based on Telkomsel's own policies from time to time, or if requested, ordered, or instructed by laws and regulations or authorized parties, Telkomsel, with or without prior notification to Customers, reserves the right to update, change, and adjust the package types, benefits, and/or other derivative services available on the Customer's Telkomsel Halo (kartuHalo) ("Telkomsel Halo Services").
    Unless otherwise specified by Telkomsel and while still considering the Customer's rights as a consumer, updates, changes, and adjustments to the Telkomsel Halo Services may result in the unilateral migration of the Customer's current Telkomsel Halo Services.
