If you signed up with your phone number, you can log into your account page, mobile app, and the web player, but not on the desktop app.

To log in, enter your country code and phone number, and we’ll send you a login code via SMS. Note: If you didn’t receive a code, try resending the code or try again later. If logging in on a different device (other than your phone), ensure you have your mobile phone with you to receive the code.

If you don’t want Premium anymore, you can cancel any time and keep what you paid for. Your account will remain on Premium until the end of your billing period. After that, your account switches to free.

Note: If you cancel during a free trial, you will revert back to free immediately. For more information about refunds and eligibility, check out Spotify's terms and conditions.

As a heads up, Spotify cannot do refund:

Gift cards bought from a store. It’s best to return them to the store.
Premium payments made through a partner, such as Telkomsel. You can contact Telkomsel for refund requests (see their details on your Account page, under “Your plan”).

Applicable for packages with one-time or recurring charging, for both SIMPATI (prepaid) and Halo (postpaid) customers.

This package provides access to Spotify Premium, including ad-free music listening, offline playback, full control over song selection, and higher audio quality.
The amount of internet data and Spotify App Quota provided depends on the selected package. Quota may include All-Network Quota (2G/3G/4G/5G) and/or Spotify App Quota.
The service can be used on mobile phones, tablets, computers, or TVs for one Spotify account.
Spotify Premium activation is completed through an activation link sent via SMS from TSELSPOTIFY after a successful purchase.
Customers must log in or create a Spotify account through the activation link. The linked account will be used as the basis for Telkomsel billing.
If the Spotify account is currently billed through Apple, Google, credit card, or other payment methods, customers must cancel the existing subscription before activating this Premium service.
For postpaid customers (Halo), subscription fees will be charged on the monthly bill. For prepaid customers, charges will be deducted from credit balance according to the chosen package (one-time or recurring).
For recurring packages, subscriptions will be renewed automatically according to the package period. Customers will receive a notification before renewal.
If prepaid balance is insufficient or a postpaid bill is overdue/exceeding credit limit, the service will not renew until payment is completed.
This package is valid for domestic use only. Usage outside Indonesia may incur roaming charges.
Spotify is not responsible for data charges imposed by Telkomsel due to certain content usage.
Telkomsel is not responsible for any content within the Spotify application.
Prices are subject to change at any time.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the MyTelkomsel App. The service will remain active until the end of the current period.
