What is Weekend Unlimited Talk?

It is a special voice package offered for Telkomsel prepaid customers with unlimited voice quota at a very attractive price.

Are there any time and location limitations to buy and use this package?

  • You can buy this package for 24 hours during the promo period (Saturday and Sunday).
  • You can use this package according to each variant’s validity period (3 days or 7 days).
  • Weekend Unlimited Talk package is available all across Indonesia.

Who can buy Weekend Unlimited Talk package?

All prepaid customers (simPATI, KARTU As, and Loop) can buy this package.

Can Weekend Unlimited Talk quota be accumulated with other Voice Quotas?

No, it can’t be accumulated with other Voice Quotas.

How do I ensure that my Weekend Unlimited Talk package is activated?

Your package is active after you receive a successful activation notification via SMS. You can also check your remaining quota via:

  • UMB *363# (“Cek Status” menu).
  • UMB *888# (“Cek Kuota Nelpon” menu).
  • Status menu on MyTelkomsel App.

  7. Telkomsel is not responsible for any misuse of Telkomsel products and services by other parties, and for contents that have been sent or accessed using the Telkomsel network.
  8. Basically, Telkomsel will provide the best speed and access for customers. However, there are a few conditions that can cause a disruption in our services such as network availability, topography factor, population density, the building’s thickness, the type of device, the time of usage, the amount of Telkomsel users, the distance with the nearest BTS tower, and other factors.
  9. Telkomsel has the right to renew, close, raise or reduce the tariff and quota, also the quality of the service by the following considerations:
    • Ordered by the authority.
    • The service is no longer suitable for the current technology.
    • The service is no longer used and will be diverted to another similar service.
    • Other considerations that are deemed reasonable and appropriate by Telkomsel.
  10. Related to service renewals conducted by Telkomsel, customers agree to exempt Telkomsel from any demands and legal liability that emerged from the policy.
