IndiHome Billing Cycle Information

The billing cycle is the period of use of IndiHome services that will be accumulated into a bill at the end of the period. Bills will be sent to customers every month, precisely at the end of each IndiHome billing cycle.

IndiHome Billing Cycle Details

You can choose one of the following billing cycles:

  • The 1st of every month.
  • The 20th of every month.

You can make IndiHome bill payment during the payment period, which is for approximately 15 days from the time the bill comes out until the bill is due.
