Go to IndiHome Apps Store, then select “IndiHomeTV” and click OK.
Install IndiHomeTV application.
Confirm the application installation and click the “Install” button.
Wait until the installation process is complete.
The application will appear on the “Apps Menu” on the “All Apps” row.

How to install IndiHome TV Apps on Mobile Apps (iOS):

Open App Store > Search “IndiHome TV” > “Install”.
After the installation is complete, click “Open”.
A splash screen will appear.
Successful login.

Open Play Store > Search “IndiHome TV” > “Install”.
After the installation is complete, click “Open”.

How to log in to IndiHome TV Apps & web

How to log in on STB:

Open the IndiHome TV App on STB/Smart TV > Click “Guest Account”.
You can log in via IndiHome or via Google.
Enter your email address.
Enter the verification code sent to customer email.
Successful login.

How to log in on the Web:

Search https://www.indihometv.com > click “Login”.
You can log in via IndiHome or via Google, both using email.
If you choose via IndiHome, enter your email registered with IndiHome.
Enter the verification code sent to your email.
Successful login. To check, click “Profile” in the upper right corner.

How to log in on Mobile Apps (iOS/Android):

Open the IndiHome TV Apps on Mobile > on the Home display, click “Account” in the lower left corner.
Click “Login”.
Enter your email.
Enter the verification code sent to your email.
Successful login. Click “Start Watching”.
You will return to the Homepage.
Check by clicking “Account”. Your name and email are listed.
