IndiHome Add-On – Disney+

Disney+ is a streaming service that brings global entertainment all in one place, from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, Hulu, and more. It offers an ad-free experience with a wide variety of content—from blockbuster films like Avatar: The Way of Water, Elemental: Forces of Nature, Thunderbolts, and The Fantastic Four: First Steps, to hit series such as Loki, X-Men ‘97, The Mandalorian, and Daredevil. Whether you're into documentaries, animated adventures, or live-action dramas, Disney+ has something for everyone.

Fans of K-Dramas can enjoy titles like Would You Marry Me?, Tempest, Red Swan, and Moving, while US series lovers can dive into Only Murders in the Building, High Potential, 9-1-1, and Abbott Elementary. For Indonesian audiences, Disney+ also features top local box-office hits such as Wedding Agreement 2, Pengabdi Setan 2, and Teluh Darah. With its diverse and premium selection, Disney+ is your one-stop destination for world-class entertainment across genres and regions.

For IndiHome TV customers using the ZTE ATV B860H v5 STB, you can instantly enjoy Disney+ directly on your STB by opening the Disney+ app from the Apps menu. 

For customers using ZTE AOSP B860H v1, ZTE AOSP B860H v2.1, or Fiberhome ATV HG680-FJ STBs, you can access Disney+ by downloading the app from the IndiHome Apps Store menu on your STB.

1. STB Android (ATV) devices:

• ZTE ATV B860H v5: The app is automatically available in the IndiHome TV menu.
• Fiberhome ATV HG680-FJ: Install the app via the IndiHome App Store.

2. STB non-Android devices:

• ZTE AOSP B860H v2.1: Install the app via the IndiHome App Store.
• ZTE AOSP B860H v1: Install the app via the IndiHome App Store.

For IndiHome TV customers who use other STBs, you can temporarily activate the service via the Add-On menu on the IndiHome TV screen, then download the application on the Play Store (Android) and App Store (iOS). You can also access it via your desktop browser at http://apps.disneyplus.com.

You can still activate the Disney+ service on your TV screen through the Add-On menu and enjoy your favorite shows using the Disney+ app available on the following devices:

1. Desktop or laptop browsers

• Safari version v11+

2. Mobile devices (smartphones & tablets)

• Android v4.4.4+

Your IndiHome account used to log in to Disney+ can be accessed both through the Disney+ app on your IndiHome STB and on your smartphone, tablet, or other compatible devices.

For the ZTE ATV B860H v5 STB type, the application is available on the IndiHome TV menu. Here are the steps to access it: 

1. Turn on your IndiHome TV STB, and the IndiHome logo will appear.
2. After successfully entering the IndiHome TV main display menu, go to the Apps Menu.
3. Click IndiHome Apps Store, then select Disney+ to access the application, or click directly on the Disney+ banner in the application menu.

For the ZTE AOSP B860H v1, ZTE AOSP B860H v2.1, and Fiberhome ATV HG680-FJ, follow these steps to access the Disney+ application:

1. Go to the IndiHome Apps Store menu.
2. Click IndiHome Apps Store, then select Disney+, and click OK on the Install button.
3. Wait a moment for the installation confirmation to appear, then click OK.
4. The app installation process is underway, usually taking 1-3 minutes.
5. A successful installation is indicated by the pop-up “Disney+ successfully installed.” If you want to run the app immediately, click “Open.”
6. The installed app will appear in the Apps > All Apps menu. If you want to run the app, click OK on the remote control on the “Disney+” thumbnail.

Steps to launch the app:

1. On your IndiHome STB, open the Apps menu, then select the Disney+ app.
2. The Disney+ logo will appear when the app is opened.
3. Read and agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Additional Privacy Policy for Indonesia.

Steps to log in to your account:

1. Open the Disney+ app on your IndiHome TV screen, go to the My Account menu, and the Login or Sign up page will appear. 
2. Log in using the QR Scan, which will redirect you to the Disney+ mobile app, or with your registered mobile number with IndiHome account.
3. If using a mobile number, confirm by entering the OTP code that has been sent.
4. Login is successful; Disney+ can be enjoyed immediately!

How to start watching:

1. Select the content you want to watch, then press OK on your remote.
2. To select audio language:

• Start playing a movie or series.
• Click the Settings icon on the video player.
• Select Audio Language.
• Choose your preferred audio option.

3. To select subtitle language:

• Start playing a movie or series.
• Click the Settings icon on the video player.
• Select Subtitles.
• Choose your preferred subtitle language.

4. Press the Up button on your IndiHome TV remote to open Video Quality settings.
5. Press the Right button to fast-forward, or the Left button to rewind the content.

From iOS/Android apps

1. Open the Disney+ app.
2. Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top-left corner.
3. Select “Log In.”
4. Enter your registered mobile number (the same number linked to your IndiHome account).
5. Agree to the Disney+ Terms of Use and Privacy Policy by tapping “Continue.”
6. You’ll receive a 4-digit verification code via SMS.
7. Enter the 4-digit code into the app.
8. If this is your first time logging in to Disney+, fill in your registration details and tap “Create Account.”
9. Once logged in successfully, start streaming!

From desktop browser

1. Visit https://www.apps.disneyplus.com.
2. Click “Log In” at the top-right corner.
3. Enter your registered mobile number (the same number linked to your IndiHome account).
4. Agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy by clicking “Continue.”
5. You’ll receive a 4-digit verification code via SMS.
6. Enter the 4-digit code on the website.
7. Once logged in successfully, start streaming!

You can subscribe to Disney+ through the MyTelkomsel App, Call Center 188, or by visiting the nearest GraPARI. Follow these steps to subscribe:

Through the MyTelkomsel App:

1. On the main page, select the “Buy Package” menu.
2. Make sure the “Buy package for” option is set to your IndiHome number, then select the “IndiHome TV” menu.
3. Select the Streaming category and choose the Disney+ package.
4. Product details will appear, then click “Buy.”
5. Enter the OTP code sent to your WhatsApp.
6. The subscription request has been sent, and the transaction is being processed.
7. Transaction successful.
8. You can view your transaction history on the main page of your IndiHome account.
