Visit the selected Telesindo outlets that participate in this program (see the list).

Prepare Documents

Prepare your ID card and Family Card number and bring them to the Telesindo outlet. The data will be used to validate your eligibility to purchase Halo●Kick! Gold Bundling Packages.

Wait for the Validation Process

If your data could not be validated (because of overdue bills to Telkomsel), you will be asked to pay the bills first.
After you are deemed to be valid, you will be asked to fill the new kartuHalo subscription form before paying the new smartphone and Halo●Kick! Gold Bundling Packages at the cashier.

Congratulations, Your Transaction is Successful!

After completing the payment, you will receive the smartphone and kartuHalo. The staff will explain that your kartuHalo package will be active in 3 x 24 hours.

No, only new kartuHalo customers and customers who migrated from prepaid (simPATI, KARTU As, Loop) to postpaid (kartuHalo) and passed the validation process can buy Halo●Kick! Gold Bundling Packages. The validation process consists of making sure you do not have an overdue bill to Telkomsel, as well as checking your ID and Family Card numbers.

How do I see the status of my Halo●Kick! Gold Bundling Packages quota usage?

You can see the status of your quota usage through MyTelkomsel App or my.telkomsel.com.

What is the usage limit of Halo●Kick! Gold Bundling Packages?

The usage limit will be set at Rp1.

No, voice and SMS quotas of Halo●Kick! Gold Bundling Packages can only be used to contact fellow Telkomsel numbers.

You have to visit the nearest GraPARI to change your usage limit so that you can make a call or send SMS to other operator numbers. Once your usage limit has been changed, you have to pay when there is any excess in your Halo●Kick! Gold Bundling Packages billing.

What if I stop subscribing during Halo●Kick! Gold Bundling Packages contract period?

Your kartuHalo bundling number will be deactivated and you will have to pay if there is any usage excess.

The package price includes 10% VAT.
Valid for advance payment scheme by cash/debit/credit card.
Entertainment quota can only be used to access: MAXstream, GamesMAX, and MusicMAX (does not include premium subscription).
1. MAXstream: MAXstream app, HOOQ, VIU, Nickelodeon Play.
2. GamesMAX: Clash of Clans, Crisis Action, LINE Let’s Get Rich, Vainglory, Seven Knight.
3. MusicMAX: JOOX, LangitMusik, Smule, Prambors, Gen FM.
Customers are not allowed to change the package during the subscription contract. Customers can buy Extra Quota package when the quota has been all used up.
After the package/contract period ended, the package will automatically change to Halo●Kick! Gold. Get further info on telkomsel.com/halockick.
If customers with one-time scheme stop the subscription and terminate their contract, their number will be deactivated.
If you want to reactivate your number, you have to pay the overdue bills and the remaining quota of the previous bundling package cannot be returned. The package will automatically change to Halo●Kick! Gold regular.
For customers with a one-time scheme, the CLS (Credit Limit Service) will be set to Rp1 and the International Roaming will be deactivated. If you want to change the CLS and activate International Roaming feature, you have to bring ID card and Family Card number to GraPARI to be revalidated.
