We’re adjusting Halo main package’s time of extension, billing, payment period, and blocking. Starting from February 2023, the adjustment will be applied in stages. Please read the explanation on this page carefully.
Why is there an adjustment of Halo billing payment period?
Because you pay the bill between the 1st – 20th day every month, while the new payment period is between the 11th – 30th/31st. Thus, the period is adjusted so that you can avoid blocking status (access to internet, call, and SMS is barred).
Can I request to go back to previous setting?
