  8. The gold prize winner will be determined based on the customer who activates the most packages and redeems the most Telkomsel POIN, and will be announced in a maximum of 45 days after program period ends.
  9. The decision of the judges can’t be contested.
  10. Winners may pick up their prize with the following conditions:
    • The prize can be directly picked up by the winner at the nearst GraPARI by showing their valid ID and Telkomsel number that has been announced as the winner—without any additional charge.
    • If the winner cannot come, they can be represented by another person by providing a power of attorney with a stamp duty of Rp6,000 accompanied by a photocopy of the ID card of both the endorser and endorsee.
    • Customers are required to provide data according to valid ID to Telkomsel for a verification.
    • If the winner does not confirm to GraPARI during the time limit of more than 45 days after the program period ends or according to the applicable Terms and Conditions that have been determined, the prize is considered forfeited.
