3. Berapa lama masa aktif kartu IoT?

Kartu IoT aktif selama 60 hari sejak berita acara serah terima ditandatangani.

4. Bagaimana dengan perpanjangan di tahun kedua?

Untuk perpanjangan konektivitas IoT di tahun kedua dan seterusnya, biaya berlangganan Rp25.000/bulan dengan paket sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.

Terms and Conditions

The price includes SIM insertion, GPS Tracker as described, 1-year device warranty, access to Telkomsel IoT Connectivity Management platform, and a bundled connectivity package of 100 MB/month (for installment models, minimum 5 MSISDN/month).

The price does not include VAT, fleet management platform fees, device installation, or voice charges at IDR 900/minute.

The IoT SIM is active for 60 days from the date the handover report is signed.

IoT connectivity renewal in the second year and onwards is charged at IDR 25,000/month, with the package terms applied as above.
