Proses registrasi bergantung pada jenis penggunaan nomor: SIM card IoT (device/M2M): registrasi dilakukan oleh PIC perusahaan sebagai perwakilan. SIM card Karyawan: registrasi dilakukan langsung oleh pengguna nomor (karyawan).

4. Bagaimana proses registrasi untuk SIM card IoT (device/M2M)?

1. SIM card dipesan dan dikirim kepada PIC perusahaan. 2. PIC melakukan registrasi melalui portal MEC di dsc.telkomsel.com. 3. PIC mengisi NIK dan melakukan pengambilan foto wajah (face capture). 4. Sistem melakukan verifikasi data. 5. Status registrasi dapat dipantau melalui portal MEC.

5. Apa itu Kode Unik Verifikasi?

Kode Unik Verifikasi adalah kode yang dibuat oleh PIC untuk setiap nomor dan digunakan oleh karyawan saat melakukan registrasi Face Recognition. Kode ini berlaku selama 7 hari. Jika masa berlaku habis, PIC perlu membuat kode baru melalui portal MEC.

6. Bagaimana proses validasi data dilakukan?

NIK dan foto wajah yang diinput akan diverifikasi dengan database Dukcapil untuk memastikan kesesuaian identitas pengguna.

7. Apa yang harus dilakukan jika registrasi Biometrik gagal?

Jika data NIK dan foto wajah tidak sesuai dengan data Dukcapil, sistem akan menampilkan notifikasi gagal. Pengguna dapat memperbaiki data dan mengulangi proses registrasi.

8. Bagaimana cara memantau status registrasi?

PIC perusahaan dapat memantau status registrasi seluruh nomor melalui dashboard MEC, termasuk status Biometrik dan status provisioning.

9. Apakah proses Biometrik berbeda untuk nomor prabayar dan pascabayar?

Secara umum proses registrasinya sama. Namun, terdapat ketentuan tertentu yang berlaku khusus untuk nomor prabayar, seperti batasan jumlah registrasi berdasarkan NIK.

FAQ Biometric Registration Guide

Biometric Registration is an identity verification process that uses a National Identity Number (NIK) and facial photo to activate corporate mobile numbers in compliance with applicable regulations.

Yes. In accordance with government regulations, all new mobile number registrations, whether prepaid or postpaid, must undergo Biometric verification.

The registration process depends on the type of SIM card:

IoT SIM cards (device/M2M): Registration is completed by the company's PIC (Person in Charge) on behalf of the organization.
Employee SIM cards: Registration is completed directly by the employee using the mobile number.

1. The SIM card is ordered and delivered to the company's PIC.
2. The PIC completes the registration through the MEC portal at dsc.telkomsel.com.
3. The PIC enters the NIK and completes a facial capture.
4. The system verifies the data.
5. Registration status can be monitored through the MEC portal.

A Unique Verification Code is a code generated by the PIC for each mobile number and used by employees during the Biometric Registration process.

The code is valid for 7 days. Once expired, the PIC must generate a new code through the MEC portal.

The submitted NIK and facial photo will be verified against the Dukcapil database to ensure the user's identity matches the official records.

If the submitted NIK and facial photo do not match the Dukcapil records, the system will display a failure notification. The user can review the information, correct any errors, and retry the registration process.

The company's PIC can monitor the registration status of all mobile numbers through the MEC dashboard, including both Biometric verification status and provisioning status.

In general, the registration process is the same for both prepaid and postpaid numbers. However, certain requirements may apply specifically to prepaid services, such as NIK registration limits.
