The Telkomsel Entertainment Package is a special 4 variant package for simPATI, KARTU As, and Loop customers who have been using a new Android smartphone for at least 3 months or new simPATI customers with a special price package. TAU Entertainment package can be used to access MAXstream, MusicMAX and GamesMAX. TAU Entertainment packages can be purchased 12 times (12 months).

Who can get TAU Package special program?

simPATI, KARTU As, and Loop customers who have been using the new Android smartphone for at least 3 months or new simPATI customer with special price plan.

Yes, your TAU Package will be renewed automatically as long as you have enough prepaid balance.

MyTelkomsel: Choose Akun Saya --> Paket --> Berlangganan, and then choose TAU Package to unsubscribe option (if you activated via MyTelkomsel App).

Is there any quota usage limitation in TAU Package?

Yes, MDS quota can only be used from 00:00 to 07:00 am.

What is Telkomsel Entertainment Quota?

Telkomsel Entertainment quota is a special quota offered with the Telkomsel TAU package. Entertainment quota can be used to access MAXstream (VIU, HBO GO), MusicMAX (Langit Musik, Joox, Smule, Guvera, GenFM Radio, Prambors FM) and GamesMAX (Clash of Clan, Clash Royale, Crisis Action, LINE Rangers, LINE Lets Get Rich, Disney Catch Catch, Vainglory, Seven Knight, and DotArena).

Activate via UMB*363*13#or
Every smartphone can activate this package 12 times and cannot activate repeatedly in one month (activation can only be done once in a month).
The package will be renewed automatically. If the renewal failed, you can reactivate through UMB and choose the package you want (the old package counter will remain).
The data package is volume-based, if you run out of quota before renewal, you will be charged Rp100/20KB.
All Network quota can be used on all 2G/3G/4G networks, nationwide.
4G quota can only be used on 4G network using 4G smartphone.
Midnight quota can only be used from 00:00 to 07:00.
Entertainment quota can only be used to access MAXstream (VIU, HBO GO), MusicMAX (Langit Musik, JOOX, Smule, Guvera, Gen FM, Prambors FM radio) dan GamesMAX (Clash of Clan, Clash Royale, Crisis Action, LINE Rangers, LINE Let’s Get Rich, Disney Catch Catch, Vainglory, Seven Knight, DotArena).
