During the contract period, customers do not need to pay any package fees, only excess usage (if any).
The main quota is automatically extended to the next billing period.
Additional quotas will automatically be activated along with the main quota during the contract period.
The quota can be used on all Telkomsel networks without being limited to specific apps or times.
The Voice and SMS Quotas apply to all domestic operators (not applicable for international calls and will be charged separately).
If customers have an extra quota or extra call package, it will be consumed before the main quota.
Once the internet quota runs out, customers need to activate the extra quota to continue accessing the internet.
The Halo Roaming Quota will be active simultaneously with the Halo+ The quota validity period follows the billing period and is automatically renewed.
