Upfront payment applies to a 6-month contract period at partner stores.
During the contract period, customers do not need to pay any package fees; they only need to pay excess usage (if any).
The Main Quota is automatically extended to the next billing period.
Additional quotas will automatically be activated along with the Main Quota during the contract period.
Quotas can be used on all Telkomsel networks without being limited to specific applications or times.
Voice & SMS Quotas are valid for all domestic operators (not valid for international calls and will be charged separately).
If customers have Extra Quotas or Extra Voice Packages, these quotas will be consumed before the Main Quota.
Once the internet quota runs out, customers need to activate the Extra Quota to continue accessing the internet.
The Halo Roaming Quota will be active simultaneously with the Halo⁺ package. The quota validity period follows the billing period and is automatically renewed.
Halo Roaming Quota can be used in over 100 countries and will be consumed if customers travel to a covered country.
Customers are entitled to activate 1 Extra Benefit by accessing the following link (at no additional cost).
Extra Benefit can be used to purchase digital service subscription packages, such as Disney+, WeTV, CATCHPLAY+, iQIYI, Getcontact Premium, Noice, Trend Micro, Capsyl Cloud Storage, Bisnis Indonesia Premium, and Kompas.
Extra Benefit offers are subject to change according to Telkomsel's terms and conditions. The Extra Benefit amount will automatically renew (reset) each billing cycle according to the active Halo⁺ package.
After the contract period ends, the package will change to Halo⁺. Customers must pay the bill monthly.
