Halo+ bold 150K Plan is a special package for iPhone with contract period of 6, 12, and 24 months and internet quota of up to 160GB per month only for customers purchasing postpaid bundling package at nearest store.
How do I activate Halo⁺ bold 150K Plan?
Package will be activated by Telkomsel in 3x24 hours business days after customers have completed transactions at the store.
Can I buy other Telkomsel packages after activating Halo⁺ bold 150K Plan?
No. You will have a Credit Limit Service (CLS) activated based on chosen package, where you cannot buy other packages on top of Halo+ iPhone Plan. You can request to upgrade the CLS at the nearest GraPARI.
Halo bundling mechanism
Customers are asked to prepare their ID card (KTP) and Family Card (KK) number for validation.
The attached customer data (KTP) and Family Card (KK) number will be used to validate customers purchasing the Halo bundled package.
If customers have outstanding bills to Telkomsel, they are asked to pay all outstanding bills before proceeding with the Halo bundled package purchase.
Halo Terms & Conditions
Prices include 11% VAT.
The package fee is paid upfront along with the new smartphone purchased according to the contract period.
The Internet Quota can be used across all Telkomsel networks without any app or time restrictions.
The Voice and SMS Quota is valid for all domestic operators (not applicable for international calls, which will be charged separately).
If customers have an Extra Quota or Extra Call package, the Extra Quota or Extra Call will be consumed before the Main Package.
After the internet quota runs out, activate the Extra Quota package to continue accessing the internet.
The Halo Roaming Quota will be active simultaneously with the Halo+ bold Package. The quota validity period follows the billing period and is automatically renewed.
The Halo Roaming Quota can be used in over 95 countries and will be consumed if customers travel within those countries.
Based on certain considerations based on Telkomsel's own policies from time to time, or if requested, ordered, or instructed by laws and regulations or authorized parties, Telkomsel, with or without prior notification to Customers, reserves the right to update, change, and adjust the package types, benefits, and/or other derivative services available on Telkomsel Halo (kartuHalo) Customers ("Telkomsel Halo Services").
Unless otherwise determined by Telkomsel and with due regard to Customers' rights as consumers, updates, changes, and adjustments to Telkomsel Halo Services may result in the unilateral migration of the Telkomsel Halo Services currently being used by Customers.
