What is BOOM program?

BOOM or Belanja Online Maksimal is a collaboration program between Telkomsel and some digital partners to celebrate National Online Shopping Day on December 12th, 2019.

Who can join BOOM program?

All Telkomsel prepaid customers (simPATI, KARTU As, Loop) and postpaid (kartuHalo) that have been registered on one of the digital partners mentioned earlier.

When does BOOM program start?

BOOM program starts from December 9th to December 31st, 2019. Each program and partner may have different program period.

What does BOOM program offers?

There are 3 offers from BOOM program:

  • BOOM package for Telkomsel prepaid customers.
  • kartuHalo billing payment benefit for Telkomsel postpaid customers.
  • Telkomsel POIN Redemption for Telkomsel prepaid and postpaid customers.

What is BOOM data package for Telkomsel prepaid customers?

BOOM data package is a special promo package with a 30GB internet quota valid on all 2G/3G/4G networks with 30-day validity for only Rp150,000. You can buy this special package from December 11th to 13th, 2019.

What is kartuHalo billing payment benefit?

For every kartuHalo billing payment done from December 11th to 20th, 2019 will get the special benefit of 5GB internet quota valid on all 2G/3G/4G networks with 7-day validity for the only Rp10.

What is Telkomsel POIN redemption for all Telkomsel prepaid and postpaid customers?

You can redeem 1 Telkomsel POIN to get a shopping voucher up to 25% from Lazada, Blibli, and Shopee. You can redeem your POIN from December 12th to 14th, 2019 (subject to availability) via MyTelkomsel App.

BOOM Package Terms & Conditions

  1. BOOM package is a special promo package with 30GB internet quota valid on all 2G/3G/4G networks with 30-day validity for only Rp150,000 and can be bought on Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, Blibli, Lazada, LinkAja.
  2. This package can only be activated on December 11th to December 13th, 2019.
  3. This package is valid for all Telkomsel prepaid customers (simPATI, KARTU As, Loop).
  4. This package can be activated maximum 5 times during the promo period.
  5. BOOM package quota cannot be accumulated with other Telkomsel packages.
  6. You can use BOOM package after you received the notification SMS. You can check the remaining quota via:
    • “Cek Kuota Internet/Cek Kuota Telepon” menu at *888#.
    • The status menu on MyTelkomsel App.
  7. Visit your favorite digital partner to check additional discounts and cashback.

kartuHalo billing payment benefit Terms & Conditions

  1. You must make a kartuHalo payment via Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Blibli, LinkAja to get the benefit of 5GB internet quota valid on all 2G/3G/4G networks with 7-day validity for only Rp10.
  2. This program is valid from December 11th to 20th, 2019.
  3. This program is valid for Telkomsel postpaid (kartuHalo) customers, and the benefit will be given to the kartuHalo bill owner.
  4. Below are the detailed offers of each digital partner:

  5. Additional cashback will be given by the digital partner. The complete terms and conditions can be found on each digital partner’s website.
  6. After you completed your payment, you will receive a notification SMS from 5111 to redeem your POIN and get extra quota for only Rp10.
  7. The extra quota can be bought by replying to the notification SMS. If you did not reply to the SMS, you won’t get the extra quota benefit.
  8. For payment through Bukalapak, the extra quota will be sent a maximum of 5 x 24 hours.
  9. The quota can be used on all 2G/3G/4G network for 7 days. You can check your quota via *888# or MyTelkomsel App.
  10. Your credit limit before getting the extra quota must be at least Rp10. If your limit is less than Rp10, you can upgrade your credit limit via MyTelkomsel App or contact 188.

Telkomsel POIN Redemption Terms & Conditions

  1. All Telkomsel prepaid and postpaid customers can join Telkomsel POIN redemption.
  2. You can join Telkomsel POIN redemption on December 12th to 31st, 2019 via MyTelkomsel App or UMB *700*993# (daily quota is subject to availability).
  3. Below are the detailed offers of each digital partner:

  4. The voucher can be used by inserting the voucher code during the checkout process.
  5. The voucher can only be used for 1 transaction per 1 user account.
  6. All digital partners have the right to cancel the cashback or discount, cancel the transaction or freeze an account if necessary if there is any indication of fraud or misuse of the voucher by the user.

Shopee Free Access Terms & Conditions

  1. This free access valid from December 11th to 13th, 2019.
  2. All Telkomsel prepaid and postpaid customers can enjoy Shopee free access automatically without having to buy a package.
  3. This free access only applies to Shopee app, not the website.
  4. Shopee free access applies to all contents on Shopee app. However, it doesn’t include 100% Shopee LIVE and Shopee Feed.
  5. If there were a sudden network alteration, the free access will no longer valid and your quota will be consumed (if you have an active internet package) or you will be charged with basic tariff if you don’t have any internet package.
  6. Shopee free access applies with a normal usage of 100MB/day. After using more than 100MB/day, your internet quota will be consumed (if you have an active internet package) or you will be charged with basic tariff if you don’t have any internet package.
  7. This free access is valid for active Telkomsel numbers. For kartuHalo users, your number must not be blocked.
