  2. You can only use E-Commerce Package based on its available quota and validity. After the quota has been all used up or the validity period ended, you cannot use the package anymore.

Is E-Commerce Package quota divided?

No, E-Commerce Package quota is not divided and can be used on 2G/2G/4G network for 24 hours/day.

Who can buy E-Commerce Package?

  3. This package can be activated starting from April 8th to April 23rd, 2020 and may be extended through a notification in this Terms & Conditions.
  4. You can use this package after you received a successful transaction notification SMS. You can also check your remaining quota via:
    • ‘Cek kuota internet’/’cek kuota telepon’ menu at *888#.
    • Via status menu on MyTelkomsel App.
  1. Customers can activate the E-Commerce Package once during the program period and the quota can only be used according to its validity period.
  2. The quota consumption priority would be E-Commerce Package quota, 4G quota, All Network quota, another regular quota (if any), and normal basic tariff (non-package).
  3. If you run out of E-Commerce Package quota while using the app, there are 2 possible scenarios about internet usage:
    1. Prepaid’s main quota will be automatically consumed (if you have an active data package) and if you ran out of the main quota, you will be charged with normal basic tariff/pay as you use (PAYU). If your PAYU usage has reached the daily limit, you cannot access the app unless you top up your prepaid deposit or buy a new internet package.
    2. Postpaid’s main quota will be consumed. After the main quota has been all used up, you can no longer use online shopping service unless you buy a new data package.
  4. Telkomsel provides the data package to access Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia only. Every other function of those apps used by customers including any kind of data or file submitted by customers to those apps is not Telkomsel’s responsibility but the app service providers’.
  5. You can only use the E-Commerce Package based on its available quota and validity. After the quota has been all used up or the validity period ended, you cannot use the package anymore.
  6. This package can be used on the 2G/2G/4G network.
  7. This package cannot be gifted to another user.
  8. E-Commerce Package is subject to availability. You can buy this package while the stock lasts.
  9. For prepaid customers, the price has included tax. For postpaid customers, please refer to your monthly billing payment.
