TM Forum's Innovation Awards 2025
Copenhagen, Denmark, July 3, 2025 – Telkomsel once again achieved international recognition by winning four awards at the TM Forum Innovation Awards 2025, held during Digital Transformation World (DTW) in Copenhagen, Denmark, from June 17–19, 2025. The awards received include:
- Outstanding Catalyst – Business Impact
- Outstanding Catalyst – Use of TM Forum Assets
- Outstanding Catalyst – Interactive Showcase
- Outstanding Catalyst – Attendees’ Choice Award
These awards were presented in recognition of Telkomsel’s collaborative projects with global partners in leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to deliver smarter network solutions and services.
The TM Forum Innovation Awards are widely recognized as a global benchmark for innovation in the telecommunications industry. Winners are selected by an independent panel representing more than 800 TM Forum member companies, including over 300 communication service providers worldwide, collectively serving billions of customers across more than 110 countries.
This latest achievement continues Telkomsel’s positive momentum following its success in 2024, when the company secured three awards at the same event, including the Best Moonshot Catalyst – Attendees’ Choice Award and Outstanding Catalyst – Rising Star. This consistency further strengthens Telkomsel’s position as a leading global innovator.

Outstanding Catalyst – Business Impact, Attendees’ Choice
AI-Enhanced Digital Twins for Best NPS Network – Phase II integrates AI, digital twin technology, and big data analytics to predict network capacity needs, minimize disruptions, and has been proven to improve Net Promoter Score (NPS). This project was carried out in collaboration with AIS, China Mobile, Entel, Globe, STC, Vodafone Turkey, Cantone Technology, Huawei, and Primforce.
Outstanding Catalyst – Use of TM Forum Assets
Through GenAI Proactive Customer Care for 5G Monetization, Telkomsel, together with EITC (DU), STC, Telefónica, Huawei, Minsait Brasil, and Qeema, leverages Generative AI on 5G networks to provide real-time, personalized services, enhance customer loyalty, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
Outstanding Catalyst – Interactive Showcase
The Predictive Intelligence for Optimized Networks & Enhanced Experience Resilience (PIONEER) initiative—developed with AIS, Globe, Singtel, Optus, Dell Technologies, FNT, and Nvidia—enables predictive monitoring of network performance, ensuring more stable customer connectivity.

Telkomsel also received recognition as an Innovation Hub Pioneer Project 2025 for Intelligent Stability for Highly Autonomous Core Network, in collaboration with Huawei and STC, pioneering a highly autonomous, resilient, and low-error core network through AI-based automation. In addition, Telkomsel participated in four other collaborative AI projects throughout DTW 2025.
