Telkomsel Unveils Solution Day 2025, Advancing Business Resilience and Real Impact Through AI and 5G Innovation
Jakarta, 21 August 2025 – Telkomsel hosted Solution Day 2025, its annual collaborative platform that brought together more than 800 national leaders, business decision makers, and technology innovators representing over 200 leading companies.
Embracing the theme “Staying Resilient, Creating Impact,” Solution Day 2025 showcases the spirit of #PastiAdaSolusi Jadi Lebih Berdampak, and highlights the adoption of digital technology as the key to resilience and sustainable growth across industries.
Agenda & Speakers
Solution Day 2025 featured over 20 distinguished speakers, including government representatives and experts from strategic industries. They shared real world insights on the impact of digital solutions across Banking & Finance, Mining, Energy & Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics, Retail, and Public Sector.
The agenda included strategic discussions, a technology showcase presenting more than 30 digital solutions powered by AI, 5G, and data intelligence, the launch of new solutions, and the signing of strategic partnerships with industry leaders.

Strengthening Strategic Collaboration
During the event, Telkomsel signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with OpenAI, announcing a strategic collaboration to enhance Telkomsel’s advanced AI capabilities. As part of this MoU, Telkomsel will explore cross industry applications, ranging from customer service optimization to data driven innovation powered by OpenAI technologies.
Telkomsel also plans to introduce ChatGPT Enterprise for its employees to boost AI literacy and productivity. This collaboration aims to expand access to AI technology for millions of Indonesians through Telkomsel’s extensive nationwide network.
In addition to OpenAI, Telkomsel Enterprise strengthened its cross sector partnerships by signing agreements with:
- SCSK – Delivering network solutions that integrate reliable hardware with Telkomsel’s connectivity and managed services, enabling scalable and efficient infrastructure for industries across Indonesia.
- PERTAABI – Empowering the PERTAABI association to accelerate digital transformation through Telkomsel’s connectivity and enterprise services, enhancing operational efficiency for its members across the country.

Solution Day 2025 was supported by major global technology partners, with Huawei as the main partner, along with Ericsson, ZTE, Tencent, Application Solutions, SCSK, MTM, Telin, and GSMA. Their participation underscores the importance of ecosystem-wide collaboration in driving inclusive and sustainable digital transformation in Indonesia.

As part of its commitment to strengthening its B2B digital portfolio, Telkomsel Enterprise introduced four new digital solutions at Solution Day 2025:
- Telkomsel QRIS Soundbox – A secure payment solution with real-time voice confirmation, stable Telkomsel connectivity, and dynamic QR capability to support widespread adoption and the future of Indonesia’s digital payments.
- SiteSense – A location intelligence platform built on Telkomsel’s mobility and demographic big data, enhanced with advanced spatial analytics. It enables real-time business location assessment for feasibility studies, distribution expansion, and property development.
- Telkomsel LinkCar – A real-time vehicle platform powered by Telkomsel’s network, enabling monitoring, tracking, operational efficiency, and entertainment access to support a more connected and intelligent vehicle ecosystem.
- Savia – Telkomsel’s intelligent conversation solution that helps businesses reach customers securely and efficiently, offering high scalability to handle large volumes of customer interactions while driving measurable productivity and business outcomes.
