Jakarta, 31 Januari 2023 – Reinforcing its role as a key enabler of digital transformation, Telkomsel—through its enterprise business unit, Telkomsel Enterprise—remains committed to driving business growth and transformation across Indonesia. As part of its efforts to meet the evolving needs of the corporate and industrial sectors, Telkomsel hosted its annual event Telkomsel Enterprise Solution Day 2023 in Jakarta (31/1), with the theme “Partnering Up to Accelerate Business Growth.” The event highlighted the power of collaboration in elevating business to the next level.

At the event, Telkomsel Enterprise showcased a variety of leading digital solutions tailored to corporate needs. Among them is Telkomsel Enterprise Advanced Connectivity, featuring Smart Lighting, Smart Metering, and Smart Lock (IoT NTrance)—end-to-end solutions powered by Narrow Band Internet-of-Things (NB-IoT) technology, offering cost and energy efficiency with wide-area coverage. These are supported by an IoT Control Center dashboard and real-time monitoring tools for simplified management.
Other featured innovations included the Telkomsel Customer Engagement Platform (nGage), a cloud-based platform that integrates real-time communication functions, such as voice calls, SMS, instant messaging, social media, and video content into applications via API. It supports omnichannel messaging, number masking, and video APIs for diverse communication use cases.
Telkomsel also reintroduced its Smart Manufacturing solution, a comprehensive end-to-end platform that integrates the supply chain from upstream to downstream. Equipped with features such as production monitoring, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), computer vision-powered quality control, traceability, warehouse management, and a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), it provides a robust data platform to enhance operational stability in terms of efficiency, productivity, and security.
Additional solutions presented included Touch to Talk, Security Solutions, Customer Engagement Platform (CEP), and Smart Mining, all designed to accelerate corporate digital transformation and further the inclusive and sustainable advancement of Industry 4.0 in Indonesia. During the event, Telkomsel signed a memorandum of understanding with PT Putra Perkasa Abadi (PPA), a leading mining contractor, to develop Smart Mining and Private Network solutions. This follows Telkomsel’s earlier deployment of Indonesia’s first 5G Underground Smart Mining solution in September 2022, in partnership with PT Freeport Indonesia and MIND ID.
