Telkomsel has also ensured the readiness of international roaming services in Indonesia for representatives of the G20 delegation who will continue to use services from their home countries. Currently, Telkomsel has collaborated with 382 cellular telecommunication companies from 180 countries worldwide, of which 48 companies come from all the G20 delegation countries that will be present in Indonesia. The collaboration includes a 4G Roaming Partnership with at least one cellular telecommunications company from each country, as well as a 5G Roaming Partnership with 12 mobile telecommunications companies from the United States, Saudi Arabia, Canada, South Korea, France, the People's Republic of China, Russia, and Turkey.

 

In supporting the Indonesian Presidency throughout the G20 series of activities since the beginning of the year, Telkomsel has optimized the network capacity and quality of more than 35,000 broadband BTS, including adding up to 190 5G BTS and 11 Compact Mobile BTS (COMBAT) in several areas. As part of the Industry Task Force (ITF), Telkomsel has also presented several showcases in several G20 Working Groups to show its commitment to opening wider collaboration opportunities for the nation and making Indonesia a global investment destination. In the Digital Economy Working Group (DEWG) in Labuan Bajo, NTT, on 21-22 July 2022, Telkomsel encourages digitization and empowerment of MSMEs in the country by utilizing 99% of Usahaku and MyAds. Finally, Telkomsel demonstrated the potential for industrial transformation, investment, and strategic collaboration through the 5G Cloud Gaming, 5G AR Industry, 5G VR Experience, 5G Artificial Intelligence (AI) Robot, to 5G Smart Mining showcase at the 20th Digital Economy Working Group (DEWG) 4 on 29-30 August 2022, Digital Economy Ministerial Meeting (DEMM) on 1-2 September 2022, and SOE International Conference & Expo on 17-18 October 2022 in Bali.
