Will TAU Dynamic Plan be renewed automatically?

Yes, the package will be automatically renewed after 30 days without having to recharge your credit balance.

Is there any specific time to use TAU Dynamic Plan data quota?

No, TAU Dynamic Plan quota can be used for 24 hours.

Can TAU Dynamic Plan quota be accumulated to the next month?

No, the quota cannot be accumulated.

All Network quota can be used across Indonesia on 2G/3G/4G network without time limitation.
MAXstream quota can be used to access VIU and Nickelodeon Jr.
MAXstream quota can also be used to access beIN SPORTS contents via MAXstream app.
GamesMAX quota can be used to access games contents such as Garena, Mobile Legends, Point Blank, AOV, LINE Let’s Get Rich.
The data package is volume-based, if the quota has all been used up before renewal, you will be charged Rp100/20KB.
The total of the quota is valid for 30 days.
Voice Onnet quota (to call Telkomsel numbers) is valid for 7 days.
The package will be renewed automatically for 3 or 6 months.
Quota cannot be accumulated to the next month’s usage.
This package can only be activated using the new bundling number inside your new smartphone (whitelist applied) via MyTelkomsel App.
