• SIMPATI TikTok Internet Packages are internet packages consisting of six types of packages with two categories: three Viewer Packages worth Rp5,000, Rp15,000, Rp35,000, and three Streamers Packages worth Rp50,000, Rp70,000, and Rp100,000. Each package includes additional benefits such as TikTok Shop vouchers, GoPay and Telkomsel MyAds.

Yes, benefits can be accumulated. After repurchasing the package, you can still get and redeem the benefits. 

• After activating the package, claim GoPay Coins via MyTelkomsel App up to 30 days since the activation. 
• After claiming the GoPay Coins, it’s valid for 30 days since the claim. It will be automatically credited to your GoPay account. 

All Indonesians can purchase SIMPATI TikTok starter packs and internet packages starting July 15, 2025. 

• Telkomsel SIMPATI TikTok starter packs are available on Tokopedia and selected GraPARI outlets in Medan, Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, and Pontianak. 
• ESIMs can be purchased via Telkomsel’s website. 
• SIMPATI TikTok Internet Packages can be purchased through the MyTelkomsel App, retailers/DigiPOS, the Telkomsel website, and via *363# through your mobile phone. 

Yes, SIMPATI TikTok quotas can be used on all Telkomsel networks (2G/3G/4G/5G), depending on network availability at the customer's location.
