Who can enjoy TAU LITE6 PACKAGE special program?

  • New customers who use a new 4G smartphone with special PAKET TAU LITE6 sticker.
  • Existing customers who got SMS Blast and purchase a new 4G smartphone.

What is the price of TAU LITE6 PACKAGE?

TAU LITE6 PACKAGE’s price is Rp10 per month for 12 months.

Who are new customers and existing customers?

  • New customer is the customer who purchases selected type new 4G smartphone which is bundled with new Telkomsel starter pack (KARTU As or Loop).
  • Existing customer is the customer who is currently using Telkomsel starter pack (simPATI, KARTU As, or Loop), specially invited to upgrade to selected type new 4G smartphone.

How long is the validity period of TAU LITE6 PACKAGE?

TAU LITE6 PACKAGE is valid for 12 months (12 times), with a 30-days active period.

Can I buy another Telkomsel package after buying TAU LITE6 PACKAGE?

Yes, you can activate another Telkomsel package after activating TAU LITE6 PACKAGE.

Is TAU LITE6 PACKAGE automatically renewed?

Yes, the package will be renewed after 30 days if customers have topped up their credit balance up to Rp50,000 and still use the new smartphone they used to activate TAU LITE6 PACKAGE for the first time.

Is there any certain time period to use TAU LITE6 PACKAGE quota?

No, TAU LITE6 PACKAGE can be used for 24 hours.

Will TAU LITE6 PACKAGE quota be accumulated on the next month?

No, TAU LITE6 PACKAGE quota from the previous month will not be accumulated on the next month.

Do I have to top up my credit balance up to Rp50,000 at once?

No, to get TAU LITE6 PACKAGE, you can top up your credit balance several times until you reach a total amount of Rp50,000 in 30 days. For example, you can top up 5 times with Rp10,000 each during the 30-days period.

Will the validity period of TAU LITE6 PACKAGE start when I registered via UMB *363*88# for the first time?

No, TAU LITE6 PACKAGE will be valid for the first time when you top up your credit balance up to Rp50,000.

Will I get TAU LITE6 PACKAGE if I did not top up my credit balance up to Rp50,000 on the second month and so on?

No, if your total top up transaction is less than Rp50,000 you will not get TAU LITE6 PACKAGE on that month. You can get the package on the next month if your total top up reaches Rp50,000.

  15. Quota, voice, and SMS bonus will be given after customers top up their credit balance up to Rp50,000 every month for 12 months.
  16. The validity period of TAU LITE6 PACKAGE will start after your top up transactions reach Rp50,000.
  17. During actively using TAU LITE6 PACKAGE, customers cannot use Transfer Pulsa feature. It will be reactivated after the validity period of the package (12 months) ended.
