INDICO plays a strategic role as a holding company that houses current and prospective vertical digital business portfolios, including Kuncie (edu-tech), Fita (health-tech), and Majamojo (game). Lead product strategy

  • Crafting unique value proposition from initial business ideas, which includes initial ideas validation
  • Develop a full end-to-end product roadmap with a strong product vision & strategy based on initial business ideas.
  • Provide insights into product, service, technology, and market trends
  • Drive KPIs to ensure product validation and market fit

Execute with excellence

  • Ability to create innovative product experimentation and validation strategy on the targeted market
  • Effectively prioritize and define product features so that Engineering and Design can collaboratively build and execute
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead make or buy decisions to drive growth & user engagement

Be the voice of the Customer

  • Be the primary point of contact for users, customers, and stakeholders within the overall value chain
  • Share insights from an understanding of user personas, pain points & customer journeys
Desired Experience
Desired Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in product management (creating, building, maintaining, and managing products)
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience launching products from the ground up, with strong prioritization & requirement trade-off expertise
  • Extensive knowledge of the local market with a depth of understanding of the customer
  • Strong background in agile & lean methodologies
  • The ability to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding, and service-oriented environment
  • Diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition
  • Ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence

  • Experience in managing & working on the environment (or business ideas) with challenging value chains (eg. Originally long and predominantly offline value chain) and unique stakeholders (engaging different stakeholders with different interests/expectations) during product creation.

  • Experience working in the consumer FMCG-like industry
