What is Paket Darurat?

Paket Darurat is a service that makes it possible to stay connected even when you are out of credit balance. Activate Paket Darurat so you can make phone calls, text messages, and access the internet according to the quota available even if you are running out of credit.

Who can activate Paket Darurat?

Paket Darurat is available to Telkomsel user that meets the following criteria:

  1. Prepaid customer (simPATI, KARTU As, dan Loop).
  2. Active using Telkomsel number for more than 60 days.
  3. Does not have outstanding Paket Darurat.
  4. Meet the criteria of frequency and recharge amount.
  5. Meet the criteria of monthly average usag

How can I get Paket Darurat?

Paket Darurat can be accessed through dialling *500*5# or SMS. Paket Darurat offer by SMS will be offered to eligible user who experience the following conditions:

  1. Failed to make phone calls or sending SMS caused by low phone credit balance.
  2. Out of phone credit when using data/internet.
  3. Failed to activate services caused by low phone credit balance.
  4. Other failed transaction that is caused by low phone credit balance.

How do I pay Paket Darurat?

Paket Darurat payment will be done automatically on the next phone credit top up.

Are there any extra fees to get Paket Darurat?

No, you will need to pay for the package tariff only.

Can I receive Paket Darurat offer more than once?

Yes, as long as the user has paid Paket Darurat previous bill and meet service requirements.

Will Paket Darurat extend active period of user’s Telkomsel?

No, Paket Darurat activation will not extend Telkomsel card active period.

Can data/internet package top up be used for Paket Darurat payment?

No, top up other than phone credit (for example: data/internet package top up) will not be able to be deducted for Paket Darurat payment.

Can I pay Paket Darurat using Transfer Pulsa?

No, payment will be processed only with phone credit top up.

  1. Valid for prepaid customers (simPATI, KARTU As, dan Loop)
