How to Activate

Via MyTelkomsel

  1. Open MyTelkomsel App and go to Hot Offers.
  2. If you don’t see the menu, it means your number is not eligible to buy Paket Darurat.
  3. Activate Paket Darurat, and wait until you receive a notification SMS from 5111 informing that your package has been activated.
  4. You can use Paket Darurat according to its validity period.

Via SMS

  1. Paket Darurat offers will be sent via SMS from 5111 when you run out of credit balance and if you meet the criteria to receive this service.
  2. If you agree to receive this service, reply “YES” to the SMS.
  3. You will receive Paket Darurat activation notifications.
  4. You can use Paket Darurat according to its validity period.

Via UMB

  1. Dial *500*5# via your phone.
  2. If you meet the criteria, Paket Darurat menu will show up.
  3. If you don’t see the menu, it means your number is not eligible to buy Paket Darurat.
  4. Activate Paket Darurat, and wait until you receive a notification SMS from 5111 informing that your package has been activated.
  5. You can use Paket Darurat according to its validity period.

Payment

  1. The payment will be automatically carried out on the next credit balance recharge/top-up.
  2. You will get a notification SMS after your credit balance has been deducted with the same amount that you have to pay.

What is Paket Darurat?

Paket Darurat is a combo package (voice, SMS, internet) that can be bought even when you are out of credit balance and you can pay it later. You can immediately use the package once it has been activated, and the payment will be automatically deducted from your credit balance once you recharge it.

Can Paket Darurat be used while I am abroad (international roaming)?

No, it cannot be used when you are abroad.

Who can activate Paket Darurat?

Paket Darurat is available to Telkomsel user that meets the following criteria:

  1. Prepaid customer (simPATI, KARTU As, dan Loop).
  2. An active Telkomsel user for more than 60 days.
  3. Meet the criteria of frequency, recharge amount, monthly average use, and other criteria determined by Telkomsel.
  4. It does not have outstanding Paket Darurat.

How can I get Paket Darurat?

Paket Darurat can be activated via MyTelkomsel App, UMB *500*5# or SMS.

Can I pay Paket Darurat with installment scheme?

For Paket Darurat worth Rp7,000, Rp10,000 or more, you can pay with installment scheme. If you recharge your credit balance less than the bill you have to pay, your credit balance will be deducted and the remaining bills will be invoiced during the next credit balance recharge.

Are there any extra fees to get Paket Darurat?

No, you will need to pay for the package tariff only.

Can I receive Paket Darurat offer more than once?

Yes, as long as you have paid the previous Paket Darurat bill and meet the service requirements. You can activate this service maximum 5 times in 30 days.

If I activate Paket Darurat more than once, will the remaining quota from the previous package be accumulated?

No, the previous package will be terminated.

Will Paket Darurat extend my Telkomsel card active period?

No, Paket Darurat activation will not extend Telkomsel card active period.

Can data/internet package top up be used for Paket Darurat payment?

No, other than phone credit recharge (for example: data/internet package purchase/renewal) will not be able to be deducted for Paket Darurat payment.

Can I pay Paket Darurat using Transfer Pulsa?

No, payment will be processed only with phone credit balance recharge/top up.

Can I transfer my Paket Darurat to another number?

No, you can only consume it by yourself.

I have tried to activate Paket Darurat, but I did not receive a notification SMS. Why?

The system will regularly check the numbers that meet our criteria. If you did not receive any notification SMS, it means your number is no longer eligible to buy Paket Darurat.

I have activated Paket Darurat before, why can’t I activate it again?

It means you are no longer eligible to buy this service, as explained on the previous point.

  1. Valid for prepaid customers (simPATI, KARTU As, dan Loop)
  2. Active using Telkomsel number for 60 days
  3. Does not have Paket Darurat bill.
  4. Meet the criteria of frequency and recharge amount.
  5. Meet the criteria of monthly average usage.       
  6. Customer who top up other than phone credit (for example: data/internet package top up) will not be able to be deducted for Paket Darurat payment.
  7. This service can only be activated in Indonesia.
  8. Subscription scheme and active period is following each service’s confirmation in the beginning of purchase
