How is the Mechanisms of the rewards distribution?

  • The winner will be contacted by Telkomsel.
  • Any decision on the selection of the winners is purely the policy of the organizer and can’t be contested.
  • The MSISDN should be in Telkomsel Java Bali area and should be in ‘Active’ status.
  • The winner will be directed to the nearest GraPARI by carrying a confirmed Telkomsel phone number and a copy of a valid ID card.
  • If the customer is unable to arrive, then the customer may authorize the authorized person by creating a power of attorney stamp of Rp 6.000, - and shall also include a copy of the identity card
  • All files that have passed the verification process will be sent to Telkomsel Office Area Java Bali up: Customer Loyalty and Retention (via email).
  • The Reward will be distributed to the winner’s address or nearest GraPARI without taxes or any fees.
  • If the winner didn’t confirm to GraPARI for more than 45 days after the expiry of the program period or the applicable terms and conditions determined by Customer Loyalty and Retention Telkomsel Area Jawa Bali, then the Reward shall be deemed forfeited.
