How to activate the package

Via MyTelkomsel App

Open the MyTelkomsel App and make sure you’re using a SIMPATI (prepaid) card.
On the Homepage, choose “Recommendation for You”, or
Go to “Shop” page and choose “Special packages for you”.
Go to Paket Darurat.
If your number meets the criteria, Paket Darurat options will show up.
Choose the package you prefer and confirm your purchase.
After successfully purchasing Paket Darurat, you will get a notification via SMS from 5050.
You can use Paket Darurat according to its validity period. Your credit balance will be deducted later during payment.

Via SMS

Make sure you’re using a SIMPATI (prepaid) card.
When you run out of credit balance or data quota, you will receive a Paket Darurat offer via SMS from 5050.
If you agree to receive this service, reply with the keyword as instructed on the SMS.
You will receive a Paket Darurat activation notification from 5050.
You can use Paket Darurat according to its validity period. Your credit balance will be deducted later during payment.

Via UMB

Make sure you’re using a SIMPATI (prepaid) card.
Dial *505# via your mobile phone and choose the Paket Darurat menu.
If you meet the criteria, the Paket Darurat menu will show up.
Choose the package you want and wait for the SMS confirmation.
You will receive a Paket Darurat activation notification from 5050.
You can use Paket Darurat according to its validity period. Your credit balance will be deducted later during payment.

Via Facebook

Make sure you’re using a SIMPATI (prepaid) card.
Make sure your remaining quota has run out and your credit balance is less than Rp15,000.
Open Facebook on your Android device or via Facebook mobile web, and then access the free version.
Click “Buy Data” at the upper right corner.
Paket Darurat offers will appear if you meet the criteria to receive this service.
Choose the package you want and wait for the SMS confirmation.
You can use Paket Darurat according to its validity period. Your credit balance will be deducted later during payment.

Via Collect Call

Make sure you’re using SIMPATI (prepaid) card.
Try to make a call when you run out of credit. If you meet the criteria, you will hear a Paket Darurat offer.
If you agree to activate Paket Darurat, press “1”.
You will receive a message notification, asking you to wait.
Wait for the notification from 5050 informing that your package has been activated.
You can use Paket Darurat according to its validity period. Your credit balance will be deducted later on during payment.

Via Active Landing Page

If you’re a selected SIMPATI (prepaid) customer and meet the criteria, you may receive an offer via digital media such as WhatsApp to access this link: tsel.me/505. If you click the link, you’ll be directed to an Active Landing Page (ALP). You don’t need an internet quota to access this page.
The landing page will show Paket Darurat offers.
You can choose the Paket Darurat you want to activate. Confirm and recheck your order, and then click “Continue”.
Telkomsel will send an OTP to your number. Please insert the correct OTP and verify.
On the payment page, choose “Pinjam (tanpa biaya)”.
You’ll receive a successful transaction notiifcation and may start using Paket Darurat.

Via Veronika

Make sure the customer number is a SIMPATI (prepaid) number.
Access Veronika via the following link or Veronika's WhatsApp.
If your number fits into the criteria, the Paket Darurat offer will appear if the you type one of the following keywords:

Select the desired Paket Darurat option.
Click the “Buy/Activate” option in the menu options.
After that, confirm the Paket Darurat variant you have selected. Click "Yes" if you agree.
After the Paket Darurat has been successfully activated, you will receive an SMS notification from 5050.
The Paket Darurat can be used according to the validity period and credit will be deducted when making payment.

This service is only for SIMPATI (prepaid) customers with predetermined criteria and may change according to Telkomsel policy, as follows:
- SIMPATI (prepaid) customers.
- Have been active as a customer for > 90 days and have topped up credit at least once with a nominal value of Rp5,000 in the last 3 months.
- Meet other eligibility criteria based on Telkomsel's policy.
Packages can be activated without deducting credit.
Prices listed include VAT.
Paket Darurat does not extend the active period of prepaid cards.
The remaining quota will be considered forfeited if the validity period of the package has expired.
Paket Darurat data quota cannot be transferred to other customers.
After the active period expires, the package does not renew automatically.
Customers agree to receive bill reminder notifications that will be sent by Telkomsel periodically through a predetermined mechanism until the bills are fully paid.
Credit deductions are made automatically when topping up credit, receiving a credit transfer, the validity period of the package has expired, purchasing another data package, or with other billing mechanisms determined by Telkomsel.
Other than prepaid credit top-ups, top-ups such as data package reactivations cannot be deducted for Paket Darurat payment.
Credit is deducted automatically according to the bill amount and there are no additional fees.
If after credit auto-deduction the customer still has arrears, Telkomsel will keep on requesting payment until all arrears are fully paid.
If the customer has not paid the bill more than 90 days after the Paket Darurat activation, Telkomsel has the right to temporarily block the number, specifically the internet service. Customers cannot demand any compensation from Telkomsel.
The number will be blocked until the customer pays the bill in full payment. During the blocking, the customer’s card’s active period count will remain, and customers can still use other services besides the internet service.
The internet service blocking will be automatically lifted when you have paid all arrears in full by topping up credit balance, receiving credit transfer, or other payment methods determined by Telkomsel.
If the customer switches to a Telkomsel Halo (postpaid), then Telkomsel has the right to transfer the outstanding bill to the customer's postpaid bill.
For Paket Darurat, Monetary Balances cannot be used for PAYU (Pay as You Use) transactions.
