Terms and Conditions – IndiHome & Telkomsel One Product

Telkomsel One Complete Package
Complete 1P 100Mbps
1. Telkomsel One Complete 1P 100Mbps Customers get free installation charge.
2. Telkomsel One Complete 1P 100Mbps will cost a Modem Orbit of Rp425,000.
3. The type of Modem Orbit received by Customers depends on the stock allocation from Telkomsel. The Orbit Modem will become the property of the Customer.
4. Telkomsel One Complete 1P 100Mbps Service is currently available in all areas in Indonesia for New Customers.
5. Telkomsel One Complete 1P 100Mbps subscription costs Rp515,000/month (before 11% VAT) and is available on all Telkomsel One Package purchase channels.
6. Kuota Keluarga (Family Quota) for Telkomsel One Complete 1P 100Mbps:
  - Kuota keluarga 15GB for 6 members.
  - At least 3 numbers must be registered to activate Kuota Keluarga.
  - 30-minute voice calls and 30 SMS to fellow Telkomsel numbers.
  - 50,000-minute voice calls and 50,000 SMS to family member group (member to member).
  - Parent Number must be a prepaid (PraBayar) number.
1. Telkomsel One Complete 1P 100Mbps Customers get an Orbit Quota of 20GB which will be renewed every month. The 20GB Orbit quota fee is included in the IndiHome Customer's monthly bill.
2. Customers can also purchase additional Orbit quota packages on the MyOrbit App, MyOrbit Web or the MyTelkomsel App. This additional package fee is not included in the IndiHome bill and is paid directly when purchasing the package via the MyOrbit App, MyOrbit Web or the MyTelkomsel App.
3. The first month's payment of the Telkomsel One Service Fee will be due on the 20^th of the following month after the installation of the device at the installation address is carried out and will be paid proportionally (pro rate).
4. Stamp duty will be billed on each monthly bill, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. All invoices (including Telkomsel One Service Fees, as well as applicable arrears and fines) to customers, do not include VAT in accordance with applicable law.
6. Customers are required to pay bills for IndiHome Service Fees on time. If customers do not make payments on time, then customers will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
7. The Telkomsel One service subscription contract is valid for a minimum of 12 (twelve) months after the status of Telkomsel One service. If the customer decides to stop subscribing before the expiration of the contract, a fine of Rp1,000,000 will be imposed.
8. Customers are prohibited from reselling, either part or all of Telkomsel One services and are prohibited from transferring, changing, or abusing any Telkomsel One services. Telkomsel has the right to conduct a survey at the customer's house to ensure that reselling does not occur.
9. Violations by customers of the terms of the Subscription Contract are subject to sanctions ranging from isolation, fines, to termination/revocation of the Telkomsel One service, according to Telkomsel's policy.
10. In the event that the Customer intends to stop subscribing to Telkomsel One Services, the Customer must pay off the Service Fee bill (which is past due and/or the Service Fee is in arrears), and pay Deposit Money to Telkomsel in the amount of the Customer's Dynamic and Telkomsel One Service usage in the current month proportionally ( pro rata). If the invoice for Dynamic and Telkomsel One Service Fees in the current month (which is issued at the beginning of the following month) is greater than the Deposit Money that has been paid, then the Customer is required to pay off the remaining Telkomsel One Service Fee bill.
11. Telkomsel does not serve transactions in cash other than at GraPARI Telkomsel. If there are parties who contact and ask for cash, please ignore it.
12. Monthly bill amounts, Content on IndiHome TV, ONT (Optical Network Termination) and STB (Set Top Box) equipment rental fees may change at any time based on Telkomsel's internal policy, where details of changes will be described on Telkomsel’s website, IndiHome’s website or MyTelkomsel App, and will be notified by Telkomsel to customers via WhatsApp, SMS, e-mail, MyIndiHome application, and or other channels provided by Telkomsel.
Complete 1P 50Mbps
1. Telkomsel One Complete 1P 50Mbps Customers get free installation charge.
2. Telkomsel One Complete 1P 50Mbps will cost a Modem Orbit of Rp425,000.

4. Customers get free access to Streaming Services such as MAXstream, Disney+ Hotstar, HBO GO, Mola, WeTV, CATCHPLAY, Vidio, Amazon (mobile) and IndiHome TV Apps (Entry Package). MAXstream services can only be enjoyed by Telkomsel Mobile Customers.
5. The first month's payment of the Telkomsel One Service Fee will be due on the 20^th of the following month after the installation of the device at the installation address is carried out and will be paid proportionally (pro rate).

Telkomsel One Dynamic Package
Dynamic 2P 2Gbps
1. Telkomsel One Dynamic 2Gbps offers IndiHome Internet service of up to 2Gbps with a 1Gbps+1Gbps configuration bundled with IPTV (Internet TV) and OTT (streaming) services.
2. The Telkomsel One Dynamic 2Gbps offer is limited to selected IndiHome Customers (BTL) in limited locations in several cities in Indonesia, namely Medan City, Central Jakarta City, South Jakarta City, East Jakarta City, North Jakarta City, West Jakarta City, Bogor City, Bekasi City, Tangerang City, South Tangerang City, Bandung City, West Bandung Regency, Surabaya City, Makassar City.
3. Telkomsel One Dynamic 2Gbps is prioritized for loyal customers who have subscribed to IndiHome for at least 12 months with a minimum speed of 100Mbps. Selected IndiHome customers get an offer to upgrade their service to Telkomsel One Dynamic 2Gbps through the myIndiHome application and SMS, which contains a link to a special landing page.
4. A queuing system will be implemented to ensure customers are served according to OLT (Optical Line Termination) device capacity at each location.
5. Telkomsel One Dynamic 2Gbps is free of installation charge.
6. Examination will be carried out to ensure that the Customer has used the premium optical modem/ONT (Optical Network Termination), if not, a device replacement will be carried out.
7. Promo price is valid until August 31, 2023. Telkomsel One 2Gbps promo price is Rp2,499,000/month (the original price is Rp4,500,000/month), not including 11% VAT, with package details as follows:
  1. Internet IndiHome of up to 2Gbps, 1Gbps+1Gbps configuration.
  2. IPTV (Internet TV): Entry Package (83 Channels).
  3. Minipack: IndiMovie 2 (Cinemax HD, HBO HD, HBO Family HD, HBO Hits HD, HBO Signature HD).
  4. OTT (Streaming Services): MAXstream*, Disney+ Hotstar, Vidio Diamond (including English Premier League) & IndiHome TV apps.

8. Customers get a Definite Internet Quota of 40GB. MiFi Orbit must always be connected to ONT in order to be able to use Internet Quota.
9. Kuota Internet Pasti will be renewed automatically every month. Customers cannot do a manual top up to add Kuota Pasti. If the 40GB quota in the previous month has not been used up, the quota cannot be added to the next month.
10. The first month's payment of the Telkomsel One Service Fee will be due on the 20^th of the following month after the installation of the device at the installation address is carried out and will be paid proportionally (pro rate).
11. Stamp duty fees will be billed on each monthly bill, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
12. All invoices (including Telkomsel One Service Fees, as well as applicable arrears and fines) do not include VAT in accordance with the applicable law.
13. Customers are prohibited from reselling, either part or all of Telkomsel One services and are prohibited from transferring, changing, or abusing any Telkomsel One services. Telkomsel has the right to conduct a survey at the customer's house to ensure that no reselling action has taken place.
14. The Telkomsel One service subscription contract is valid for a minimum of 12 (twelve) months after the Telkomsel One service is activated. If the customer decides to stop subscribing before the contract expires, a fine of Rp1,000,000 will be imposed.
15. Violations of the provisions of the Subscription Contract done by Customers are subject to sanctions ranging from isolation, fines, to termination/revocation of Telkomsel One services, according to Telkomsel’s policy.
16. In the event that the Customer intends to stop subscribing to Telkomsel One Services, the Customer must pay off the Service Fee bill (which is past due and/or the Service Fee is in arrears), and pay Deposit Money to Telkomsel in the amount of the Customer's Dynamic and Telkomsel One Service usage in the current month proportionally (pro rate). If the bill for the Dynamic and Telkomsel One Service Fee in the current month (which is issued at the beginning of the following month) is greater than the Deposit Money that has been paid, the Customer is required to pay off the remaining Telkomsel One Service Fee bill.
17. The customer must pay the Telkomsel One Service Fee bill before due. If the customer does not make a payment on time, the customer will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
18. Telkomsel does not accept payment in cash other than at GraPARI Telkomsel. If there are parties who contact and ask for cash, please ignore.

Monthly bill amounts, Content on IndiHome TV, ONT (Optical Network Termination) and STB (Set Top Box) equipment rental fees may change at any time based on Telkomsel's internal policy, where details of changes will be described on Telkomsel’s website, IndiHome’s website, or MyTelkomsel App, and will be notified by Telkomsel to customers via WhatsApp, SMS, e-mail, MyIndiHome application, and or other channels provided by Telkomsel.

1. Telkomsel One Dynamic 2P 1Gbps offers IndiHome Internet service of up to 1Gbps bundled with IPTV and OTT services.
2. The Telkomsel One Dynamic 2P 1Gbps is offered openly (ATL) in limited locations in several cities in Indonesia, namely Medan City, Central Jakarta City, South Jakarta City, East Jakarta City, North Jakarta City, West Jakarta City, Bogor City, Bekasi City, Tangerang City, South Tangerang City, Bandung City, West Bandung Regency, Surabaya City, Makassar City.
3. Promo price is valid until August 31, 2023. Telkomsel One 1Gbps promo price is Rp1,499,000/month (the original price was Rp3,000,000/month), not including 11% VAT, with package details as follows:

    Telkomsel One Dynamic 1Gbps can be pre-ordered via Telkomsel’s website.
  2. IndiHome Upgrade Speed Customers
    
    IndiHome Customers who want to upgrade speed to 1Gbps won't be charged with installation fee.
    
    Examination will be carried out to ensure that the Customer has used the premium ONT (Optical Network Termination) device, if not, a device replacement will be carried out.

  5. By purchasing this package, you agree that your cellular number will be forwarded to Disney for the purpose of activating the Disney+ Hotstar service.
  6. The Disney+ Hotstar subscription fee is non-refundable and access will start on the day the IndiHome Package (with Disney+ Hotstar access) starts, regardless of whether you activate your Disney+ Hotstar subscription, and will continue until your Disney+ Hotstar subscription ends.
5. The IndiHome subscription contract lasts for at least 12 months after the service is activated. If a customer chooses to cancel before the contract period is over, a fine of Rp1,000,000 will be charged.
6. Customers are not allowed to resell any part or all of the IndiHome services. Additionally, Customers are prohibited from transferring, changing, or misusing the IndiHome network and services.
7. IndiHome will provide a modem device (ONT) for the duration of the subscription.

9. IndiHome installation fee is paid after the IndiHome device installation process is complete. Customers are not allowed to make payments in cash other than at Plaza Telkom. The promo for the installation fee adheres to the conditions of the program.
