IndiHome Bundling Mesh Wifi is an IndiHome package that includes additional Mesh Wifi devices to help extend and evenly distribute Wifi coverage throughout the home. With Mesh technology, Wifi signal quality remains optimal, ensuring a more stable connection in every room. 

Meanwhile, Add-on Mesh Wifi is an additional Mesh Wifi device intended for regular IndiHome customers who do not yet have Mesh Wifi or who need wider Wifi coverage for a more comfortable and seamless internet experience. 

You can subscribe to IndiHome Bundling Mesh Wifi or Add-on Mesh Wifi by visiting the nearest GraPARI to obtain product information and register for the service in accordance with applicable terms and conditions. 

Conventional Wifi extenders typically create a new Wifi network name (SSID) and operate separately from the main router. As a result, users may need to manually switch networks when moving between rooms, which can lead to unstable connections. 

Mesh Wifi, on the other hand, uses a single Wifi network name shared with the main router. With advanced technology and intelligent algorithms, devices automatically connect to the nearest Mesh node seamlessly without connection interruptions. 

Mesh Wifi is recommended for: 

• Homes with multiple rooms, especially with living areas of up to approximately 200 m², to ensure even Wifi coverage throughout the house. 
• Homes with building structures that obstruct Wifi signals, such as thick walls or multi-story layouts, which often result in weak or unstable Wifi in certain areas. 
• Users with intensive internet activities such as video streaming, online gaming, and video conferencing that require stable and reliable connections. 

Yes. Mesh Wifi is designed to support multiple devices connected simultaneously, such as smartphones, laptops, Smart TVs, and IoT devices, while maintaining optimal coverage and performance. 

The regular installation fee for IndiHome (PSB) is Rp85,000, while the installation fee for Mesh Wifi is Rp65,000. 

Currently, a new installation promotion is available with the following conditions: 

• For customers subscribing to packages above 100Mbps, the installation fee for IndiHome PSB + Mesh is only Rp50,000. 
• For customers subscribing to the 75Mbps package, the installation fee for IndiHome PSB + Mesh is Rp115,000. 

All fees are one-time charges and are subject to applicable terms and conditions. 
This promotion is valid only at GraPARI and applies during the period April 1 to April 30, 2026. 

The subscription contract for IndiHome Bundling Mesh Wifi or Add-on Mesh Wifi applies to all packages and is valid for a minimum of 12 months after the service is activated. 

• Before installation, customers or technicians are advised to check Wifi coverage to identify rooms or areas with weak or no signal. 
• Mesh nodes should be placed in areas that previously experienced blank spots or unstable connections to ensure more even Wifi distribution. 
• Ensure the distance between each Mesh node and the ONT does not exceed 10 meters to maintain stable connectivity between devices. 
• Place Mesh Wifi devices in strategic locations or central areas of rooms so that the signal can spread evenly throughout the home.
