Ultra Mesh Wifi is an IndiHome add-on service that offers a solution for expanding Wifi coverage for IndiHome customers in the form of adding devices at their location with a seamless experience when moving between rooms and ease of operation.
To be able to enjoy Mesh services, you can activate and integrate the Mesh Wifi device with the ONT and place the Mesh Wifi device in a location that is not covered by ONT coverage.
IndiHome provides Mesh Wifi devices during subscription and customers are required to return the device if they stop subscribing.
The type and specifications of the Mesh Wifi devices used by customers are determined by Telkomsel based on customers’ needs.
The performance of Ultra Mesh Wifi devices may vary depending on various conditions, including network conditions, device placement point, structure and size of your building, etc.
The maximum number of Ultra Wifi Mesh add-on is only 3 devices for each IndiHome service.
Ultra Mesh Wifi subscription fees that have been paid by customers are non-refundable if the devices or service already active.
Customers are required to return the Mesh Wifi device upon unsubscription. If the customer cannot return or lose the device, the customer will be charged a fine of Rp500,000.
