With thousands of outlets and millions of customers, Pegadaian introduced e-Form tablets to deliver more efficient and digitalized services. However, as the tablets were deployed at scale, so did the challenges. A solution was needed to ensure customer services could run optimally at all times.
Telkomsel Enterprise provided a Mobile Device Management solution to help PT Pegadaian centrally manage, update, and monitor e-Form tablets through a single dashboard. In addition, connectivity support through the Device Bundling solution ensures the tablets remain active, stable, and protected.
As a result, more than 1,900 e-Form tablets are now seamlessly connected, while the development of new features has become easier without concerns about security or device management in the field. This ultimately enables PT Pegadaian to deliver more adaptive and trusted services to customers, while continuing to strengthen its role in driving financial inclusion in Indonesia.
