EcoEnergy is a Hybrid Rooftop Solar Power System equipped with battery backup and offered through a 36-month rent-to-own program. Installation and after-sales services are provided by Wiraky, Telkomsel’s trusted installation partner. 

EcoEnergy is available in 3.5kVA and 5.5kVA capacities. Each capacity comes with estimated battery backup options of up to 1 hour, up to 6 hours, up to 12 hours, or up to 18 hours. Actual backup duration may vary depending on household electricity usage, installed battery capacity, connected load, and the final survey and system configuration. 

Telkomsel’s partner, Wiraky, will conduct a site survey and assess your household’s energy needs. The final survey results will guide the recommended capacity, battery backup duration, system design, and any required additional accessories. The initial order or selected package may still change based on the final survey results and customer approval.

EcoEnergy uses a rent-to-own plan, so you can start without a large upfront installation cost. Pricing, plan duration, and payment details will depend on the selected package, final survey results, technical requirements at the site, and any approved additional accessories or supporting materials. 

If the final survey identifies the need for additional accessories or materials outside the standard package, the additional cost will be calculated and informed to the customer in advance. Additional accessories will only be installed after the customer approves the final requirement and cost details.

Telkomsel’s partner, Wiraky, handles the site survey, system design, installation, testing, and system activation.

The installation timeline depends on the survey results, design approval, site readiness, and material availability. Telkomsel’s partner, Wiraky, will share the estimated schedule once the survey and design process is complete.

Solar panels, hybrid inverters, and lithium batteries are covered according to the selected service package and/or the applicable manufacturer warranty terms. Based on LONGi’s manufacturer terms, certain solar modules may include a limited product warranty of up to 10 years from the warranty start date, subject to the manufacturer’s degradation formula and applicable product type. For Deye inverters, the warranty period follows the relevant product series/model and/or sales order; several inverter and monitoring device categories are listed with a 5-year warranty, while certain inverter accessories such as mounting brackets, cooling fans, CT/meters are listed with a 2-year warranty. Final coverage is subject to the warranty card/certificate, manufacturer documents, sales order, and claim verification.

Yes. Telkomsel’s partner, Wiraky, provides a 1-year workmanship warranty from the handover date. This covers roof leaks caused by mounting installation, cable and connector quality, and mounting structure tightness.

• During the 36-month Rent-to-Own period, customers may contact Telkomsel's official support channels through the application, the 188 hotline, or email at cs@telkomsel.com. Please include photos or videos of the damage, the component serial number, monitoring data, proof of purchase, and any other supporting documents to help expedite the verification process.
• After the 36-month Rent-to-Own period ends, all warranty matters will be handled directly by Telkomsel’s partner - Wiraky, subject to the applicable terms and conditions as stipulated in the device handover document provided by Telkomsel’s partner-Wiraky to the customer.
• Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period. Based on LONGi’s terms, claims should be submitted in writing within 30 days after the issue is identified and include information such as claimant details, claim description, supporting photos/data, module serial number, proof of purchase, product model, project location, and other information requested by the manufacturer. The manufacturer or relevant partner may require site inspection, third-party testing, or an RMA process before approving repair, replacement, or other remedies under the warranty.

Telkomsel’s partner, Wiraky, will respond within 1 x 24 hours of receiving your report. Resolution targets are up to 3 business days for critical issues, 7 business days for major issues, and 14 business days for minor issues.

If your claim is approved, Telkomsel’s partner, Wiraky, will repair the component or arrange a replacement through the manufacturer or authorised distributor. The resolution timeline may depend on component availability.

No. The system uptime target does not include downtime caused by PLN power outages, force majeure events, or temporary shutdowns requested by the customer.

Your warranty may be void if the product is installed, used, maintained, modified, dismantled, relocated, or repaired outside the manufacturer’s manual/terms or by an unauthorised party; used outside specifications; damaged by misuse, negligence, vandalism, accident, lightning, surge, flooding, fire, natural disasters, animals, or force majeure; has unreadable or damaged serial numbers, nameplates, or warranty seals; is not maintained according to the agreed preventive maintenance schedule; has unpaid applicable service or warranty fees; or if the claim is submitted after the required claim period. Dismantling, repacking, reinstallation, certain shipping, testing, or repair costs not covered by the warranty may be charged to the customer based on claim verification.

Any system relocation or transfer must be coordinated with and re-registered through Telkomsel’s partner, Wiraky. Moving or transferring the system without approval may affect your warranty status.

16. During the rent-to-own period (36 months), you can contact Call Center 188, cs@telkomsel.com, or via MyTelkomsel App. 

After the rent-to-own period ends, and the device has been hand overed from Telkomsel’s partner, Wiraky, the customer service mechanism will be handled by Wiraky, following the terms and conditions as stated in the handover document from Wiraky to customers.
