  • You will proactively seek out ways to avoid common software-testing problems such as test case duplication, flaky tests and maintainability
  • You will pair with developers to embed quality into the development process
  • Apply theoretical knowledge to practice and willingly offer improvements on code, tests, testability and suggest testing tools and frameworks to use
  • You will implement and maintain test strategies already provided during the software development process
  • Drive the creation of a reliable automated testing suite with strong reporting capabilities that ensures simple, effective analysis of failures for your team to use
Technical skills
Technical skills
  • You have worked as a Quality Analyst for 3-4 years as part of a development team, with Devs, Business Analysts, Infrastructure Engineers, Designers etc
  • You have experience with using at least one API automation testing framework and UI testing automation
  • You have experience with Agile, CI/CD, and different types of nonfunctional testing
  • You have experience in using defect tracking and defect management tools

  • You can zoom out to the big picture and analyze the impact of changes to the product
  • You are a quick learner and enjoy picking up new technology and engineering practices
  • You're resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach and tackle problems from multiple perspectives
