What you will do
  • Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), both of financial and non-financial metrics.
  • Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.
  • Develop and continually improve planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Present the periodic performance reports of various units.
  • Ad-hoc basis for management report.
  • Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports.
  • Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives.
  • Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis.
  • Collaborate with other units to prepare and consolidate the budget plan.
What you will need
What you will need
  • Minimum 3 years overall FPA or BI related areas.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Financial or Business’s related field with professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CMA, CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Ability presenting financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, valuation, and recommendations that drive business results.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to synthesize and analyze data to create useful information and concise financial and non-financial analysis.
  • Completely self-directed and excellent at effectively managing time, defining work packages, and prioritizing work for self and others.
  • Hands-on mentality, ambitious, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Spreadsheet and Slide.
  • Excellent (native-equivalent) verbal & written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience with Finance in Tech/Digital will be an advantage.
