Business Manager to Director INDICO

About us

INDICO is a subsidiary of Telkomsel, Indonesia's leading digital telecom company. INDICO plays a strategic role as a holding company that houses current and prospective vertical digital business portfolios, including Kuncie (edu-tech), Fita (health-tech), and Majamojo (game). Moving forward, INDICO aims to explore opportunities in multiple verticals adjacent to Telkomsel’s digital businesses. Qualifications

What you will do, but not limited to:

Consolidate and support INDICO Director to obtain comprehensive perspectives, insights, and actionable reports for strategic initiatives.
Assist INDICO Director in preparing the required meeting materials.
Manage meeting resolutions attended by the INDICO Director.
Manage the meeting results of INDICO Director and monitor the implementation of the results of the meeting.
Cooperate with related functions in the company in managing the activities of INDICO Director.

What you will need:

Bachelor degree in Business/Business Management/Finance or other related fields
Excellent communication and presentation skills with high attention to details and good in stakeholder management
Required Skills: Ms. Office, Project Management, Business Intelligence
Exposure to both strategy and operations side of the business is preferred
Experience in Management Consulting and/or start-up industry is preferred
Adaptable, agile, and willing to learn
Strong work ethic and proven track record working in team
